Very annoying that you keep uploading videos in low resolution so that we cannot really see what is onscreen. Please stop this 2001 style uploads, Microsoft.
It makes sense that in our universe of increasing entropy low entropy is rare to find. So if we look for it we would likely find anomalies, especially those created on purpose by someone, but frankly I'd prefer a better way than pages of queries to look at it.

I think they're using Teams to do their webinars, and it sucks at rendering, especially on shared screens.
