The conversation between Miss Martian and Super boy is one of my favourite lines of dialogue in the whole show. It's such a deep conversation and you immediately understand why he's so upset with her.

Imagine her doing whatever she wanted and morphing everyone’s perspective thinking she could do no wrong, that’s a scary thought, and on the flip side just don’t be a super villain and you won’t get brain mushed. Her not spending much time around humans before doing misssions and such is why she struggled morally unlike MM who lived amongst humans for quite some time before doing super heroics. Simply being able to feel everyone’s emotions would be quite insane, let alone everything they think. Quite lucky we got 2 martians who were innately good, coulda easily gone the other way.
Something that makes what M’Gann did even more fucked up is that Superboy hated psychics even touching his mind because of the G-Gnomes constantly screwing with his head. She was the one that got him to be more comfortable with it and helped him get over that only to betray that trust.
My heart dropped when this episode came out in my childhood. This show definitely shifted from a *Cartoon Network* vibe to an *Adult Swim* vibe for me lol
Artemis would also have to have a great deal of mental fortitude too. Her thoughts are literally broadcasted on their psychic link so she literally couldn't have a single thought about the plan, the actions she would have to take during the plan, or any others whilst they stood over her or moved her body

I don't know if Chris knew when he said it, but what Chris described at 25:24, about what if Superman landed in the USSR instead of Kansas, is an actual Superman comic. It's called Red Son and tells the story of Superman being found by the USSR and raising him as a Soviet weapon
This episode shows that even aliens with good intentions can still do harm to love ones. Megann has done questionable acts this season for the greater good, but that will just make me afraid of other martians that don't have good intentions. Chris is right that on the show they refer to Superman as one of the good aliens.
I think the most heartbreaking thing about M'gann is that she was so scared that her appearance and race would drive other people away. But that was the element that Superboy was most willing to accept. And yet she drove him away in the end anyways because of her actions. I'd even go as far as to say that focusing so much on hiding one part of herself caused her to overlook other issues she may have been dealing with psychologically, especially given that she was willing to melt Psimon's brain to keep that secret. It hurts because she ended up creating the scenario that led to her worst fear about Superboy that she saw in that battle coming true
Conner's character development is the highlight of the season for me. While the other OG members are all over the place, he's just here acting more and more like a true hero, like Superman.
Thats what happens when you're the partner of Big Blue his morals and values rub off on you, meanwhile with Nightwing he really showed off this season the difference in his partnership with Batman. Secrets, ends justifying the means for the sake of the mission those are the Bats methods.
Young justice is such a great show! The writing is amazing and the world building. They really flesh out this version of the DC universe and show love to every corner of the lore.
The thing with Megan trying to change Superboy's mind just hurts every time, especially when you remember how he was created in such an environment and his issue with mind links back in the beginning of S1, just love the reaction to that.

I completely forgot Megann probing Connor's mind was the reason for their breakup, and now I'm reminded of that time in Guardians 3 where Mantis hurts Drax's feelings and then uses her power to make him forget.
Chris is always my favorite in these but dang if Marketa hasn't been the absolute GOAT of this show. You can just see how invested she is in all the OG team and how upset it makes her when they run into difficulties. 10/10 reacting.

Batman and Wonder Woman were forced together despite having basically no similarities and Hawkgirl cheated on her husband for no reason because the writers decided to make Hawkman a villain. Plus they made Wally West the Flash, YEARS before he should have even assumed the role.
@michaelcarlton1484 I don't see any of those things as a problem. The thanagar storyline was great and GL and hawkgirl make sense together. Bruce and Diana were wholesome af and had great chemistry, made batman way more likeable in my opinion. And Wally brought some needed levity and humor, as well as plenty heart, just like in YJ. So what it's not comic accurate, neither is YJ and they're both still great shows that introduce you to the large roster of heroes from the comics. If it makes you interested to dig into the lore and whatnot that's just great, more DC fans made 🥳

Head of an aerospace company, started out as a supporting character of Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), and was around long enough to have things get more complicated, and unlike you Lois and Jimmy types, the weird stuck. Not here though. Just the head of an aerospace company unless season 5 wants to bring her back to shake things up.
Mgan and Superboy's break up ,the reason why and the way its handled is maybe the greatest thing to come out of Young Justice Season 2 for me. Alot of shows waste the Potential that any sorta of powers like Mind Manipulation can actually factor into the plot and add some weight behind some decisions. Superboy maybe be a Tank Physically but Ms Martian is up there next to Martian Manhunter as one of the Strongest telepaths in the universe. It would make sense for her to not be a Victim in a relationship and to turn it around on her is a Bold choice

I don't recommend reacting to it without having seen all the previous projects on the DCAU because it's not really a stand-alone show and a lot of the time it relies on the continuity and events that happened in the previous shows and movies.
You guys should definitely react to the O.G justice league cartoon. Its soo good. And if you do just know that justice league unlimited is a continuation of the shows story, NOT a reboot.
