I live in Virginia so i know what you mean about the heat and humidity. I always George Foreman a big batch of chicken with different seasoning and make salads. My husband is a electrician so when he gets home he's not in the mood for a hot meal. On weekends that's when i cook big meals and we eat leftovers and salad for dinner.

Coincidentally, I went to a Popeyes yesterday to try the blackened chicken sandwich for the first time with the bacon and cheese, it was good, but doesn’t beat the classic crispy chicken sandwich 💯

The term, “dry heat”, pretty much means that it’s hot, but there’s no humidity. Arizona is never humid, it’s just flat out hot. It’s even hot at night…. So now you know….🤷🏾♂️
