Videos like these are absolutely okay. I'd honestly watch if you literally just swatched and talked for a while, and didn't even make a set. Your voice and videos are quite soothing and I use them a lot to help me sleep! It also helps that I'm able to relate to you with the anxiety that you talk about. I guess the point is that, just make whatever you feel up to making, and people will still watch, because we watch your content for you. :)

Just kind of existing in my “traumatic world” right now. Navigating a devastating divorce, and finding out who I am after 30 years of being someone’s wife. But I’m moving forward, even if I’m face down in the mud, and slinking on my belly!

We had tornados about a month ago, my daughter and her husband lost everything and were injured but are healing now. Everyone’s anxiety has been 100% so we are trying to bring it down a few clicks😅

I miss your face, Jo! ❤ I know your struggles, I stay up half the night most nights just to have me time ❤ The video was beautiful, and I'd watch you do anything 😍 I'm still struggling with anxiety attacks almost daily but I can tell when I've had a bad one days after. I think my main problem is my mind wanders, like, what if something is wrong, like with my heart, or am I going to have a stroke! 🙃 I understand what you go through. Most days, I don't even want to get out of bed, and I probably wouldn't. If I didn't have kids, I had to take care of. Love you, Jo, and I hope you're having a good day!😍🫶❤️

I suffer with anxiety and fibromyalgia so I know how hard it is to even just open your eyes in the morning but I'm glad that everybody here is so supportive of you and of eachother. They are so beautiful. I don't think of stickers as a cheap way out. I think of them as the fine work already done for me. I'm not the greatest with fine nail art (brushes and such). I'm ok with the dotting tool. 😂But I love stickers and nail foils. Makes it easier, and I end up with great looking nails. Love stars and dots on EVERYTHING. Who doesn't?! Now I have to get builder gel. 🤦 haha

I loved the video Jo, I’ve been wondering about the builder gels. I almost bought some but ended too short this month so I’ll have to wait til next month. I have anxiety also and I’m going to grief counseling because since my Dad passed about 1&1/2 yrs ago and I haven’t been dealing with it in the right way so every time I go to grief counseling it’s an hour long session every week and I have about 6-7 panic attacks throughout the session just trying to talk about my Dad. It’s so hard for me, it’s terrible. I just pray to God to help me get through this because I think I’m stuck in denial. I don’t know how to get past it. So yes it’s ok if you’re having an off day or week because I am to, well actually the whole month because I have to have surgery on the 26th of June. So I definitely know what you’re going through and it’s ok. I like stickers too. They make my nails easier to do when I use them and I shake a lot from a non essential tremor so I tear them sometimes too lol. Love ya Jo!!! I hope you feel better soon. 💜💜💜
Oh my goodness, I am so so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what you're going through. I hope the counselling is helping - but the panic attacks are horrible. I will pray for you. Have you tried writing? Like write about your dad, or to your dad, or about your dad and how you're feeling. Sometimes it helps to physically get the emotions out on paper. Like a little release, as I imagine your head is scrambled right now. It will get easier over time, but that takes time, and it can be painful waiting for the time to pass. Sending the biggest hugs your way, and I pray that the counselling helps you, and that God will grant you peace and strength to get through this. You will be OK, and just 'OK' is OK. Much ❤️.
Sorry your having a rough time, I feel your pain I am in the same boat, just had my 11th operation to deal with my brain condition and have not had any improvement and I feel so low, also up at silly o'clock and then tired or sleepy all day
Oh hun, I'm so sorry to hear that. Keep your chin as up as you can- and remember it's OK to have sucky days and feel crap. Try to find joy in the little things - I have found a gratitude app has helped me to be a bit more positive, but I know it's hard sometimes (or a lot of the time). You will get through all your tough days - remember to be proud of yourself for it. Sending big fat bug 🐛 hugs to you.

I love all your videos Love, so please don't worry about that. I know how you feel sadly.. I have the same about feeling good or at least better in the evening and night than in the day.. Today it's Sunday and in Belgium we had a great sunny day but don't ask me because I have been asleep in the afternoon because I don't know. Because I wasn't feeling good. I had pain in my back, had a headache coming, so I took 2 painkillers and went out, but I also don't care about that.. the only thing that counts is my furry girl, Diva, and my parents! She gets her walks and attention and love and lots of treats and hugs, then I'm at ease with and for her but my dad has been to hospital for 2 days and he was absolutely not well! Now he is, but they don't know what the problem was, so that's scary to me!! His blood pressure was too low, and the way he reacted was so slow. It was like he was drugged or something, so they did some tests, but everything was good except his liver, but we know that.. Freaks me out! We see him going worse too fast, my mom and me, so yeah..
I'm sorry sweetie, you have enough anxiety, so please don't worry!! It's for myself, an outlet that I can write it of off me to get a grip on it.. Ore try to atleast.. 😅😅

Hello darling! I’m sorry to hear you’re still feeling anxious. 🫶 these builders are gorgeous. I’ve been in the market for a new builder. The brand I like has an amazing consistency and colors, but for a big pot is $80. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet since it’s just for myself. These seem to have a beautiful consistency and much more affordable! I just may have to try.
