To be honest I like it being realistic so when a new team joins I want them to finish near the bottom places. And then slowly build up the pace race after race.

During qualifying, if you go for two flying laps in the same session, your tyres don't automatically change to a new set. You have to go to setup and switch the tyres in the garage, otherwise you'll be on used tyres.
Quick tip: You need to downshift faster. You are losing braking power because the engine braking is very soft if you downshift slowly. Now that I look at it, it kinda seems like he's using automatic.
I'm not 100% sure if it's worth doing but you can downshift quicker in breaking zones using X or SQUARE on the controller so that might make taking corners easier. Seems as though the automatic downshifts are too slow. I may be wrong though.

Lift out of 5, then tap the brake and coast round 6 burst of power then may have to brake again for 7 depending how good the tyres are and how quick you're going. But you have to get the line pretty spot on to hook it all up especially when the tyres are dying later in the race

the my team car usually feels dog shit at the start so best thing to do is improve the chassis when you can… and if you have front wing damage youll no doubt lose more time racing with a damaged wing than you would by changing it for a new one in the pits

Big tip josh… when your racing line turns from red to yellow let go of the brake and coast then. Red=brake, yellow=coast, green=throttle

Breaking late doesn't make you faster. Slow into the corner and you'll get a faster exit for more time gained. Slow in, fast out

You need to break early in those turns Josh, it’ll do wonders for your exit traction, you’re going way to deep in those turns.

My advice is getting some Time trials from every circuit.Also have the brake bias to high as well put 56% and transmission on 55 or 60.
