HoECF's Celebration Event 2021!

The Foundation celebrated its biggest grant-giving year yet thanks it's donors and supporters during the pandemic. At the event the Foundation also announced the recent appointment of its brand-new Chair, Chris West. Following his previous position as Vice Chair, Chris will be taking on the role after Phil Ewing’s departure this October.
