Thanks so much! The mat is just a flat plastic chopping board from the local supermarket. Someone said they tracked it down on ebay recently. Usually comes in a packet of 3. Mine had no particular brand that I can remember. Also fondant reacts to heat so if your hands are really hot try not to handle the fondant too much as it can cause it to be more sticky!
