Oh I am addicted to Irish butter. I discovered it a couple years ago while dog sitting for a client and It is my treat butter. Its so incredible on popcorn, toast and mashed potatoes. Our local butter is good on dishes where it gets lost in all the flavor, but the Irish butter I save for the dishes where it can take center stage. :) ...... Glad to see Goji's paw is feeling better. Poor lil guy, just can't resist getting into mischief. :)
