One thing that always makes me thrilled is Floor's ability to be absolutely WILD on stage. When you listen to her in interviews, etc. she's very calm, composed, sweet, and eloquent. But when she walks on stage - she's like a wild beast! Well, it depends on the song, but when it's needed (like in this song), she's unleashed. My God, this woman is incredible. I don't even want to talk about her singing, 'cause you all know, she's the queen.
The best bit of Hellfest, for me, is the outro, Ad Astra from CD 2. Stunning. It has a 1 min blackout but it's not an important part and the video is back for the crucial part where Floor stepped forward from the bow lineup and made me almost fall off my chair with astonishment.
Deichbrand 2022 is a great show. But any concert is just as good. Nightwish are a pretty good studio band as well apparently!

I would definitely spend 90 minutes with You Daniel and watch Nightwish together. As long as it's not during the night here in Sweden or a weekday during work hours.

Thank you for checking out Tribal both as a lyric video and live. Nightwish doesn't do anything without a lot of thought and effort to make it the best it can be for the fans. I love NW live and that comprises the majority of the videos I watch. But their music / lyric videos are top notch and not to be missed IMO. I would love to see you react to both.

For older shows, don't forget about Tampere and Wembley! Both amazing shows. And you already mentioned Wacken and Buenos Aires. Any of those would be great!

I have seen the H2N tour several times ... pretty much every possible livestream live and several times live in the audience in the front rows (the show in Gelsenkirchen being my favorite) .... if Nightwish will tour again sometime (they won't tour the upcoming album) .... if you can, go to at least one show .... you might think all these live videos prepare you for a live concert .... no, they don't. Nightwish live in the audience is something special. And Floors stage presence is almost unreal. You really have to focus on the other band members to move your eyes away from her. I can think of very few bands that can come close to that, or even surpass it ..... (but of course that depends on your own taste)
Absolutely you should do a full concert. Just think about how many songs you could unlock for your playlist. It would be great fun to watch that with you.
I'm in, I love this concert. Floor was so on, really conversational, out of lock down, something to prove without Marko. I miss him, but was so relieved & happy after watching it. Everyone needs to pay attention to the lyrics of Tribal, it is so right on, something in my lifetime I haven't experienced like the mess we are in rinow with such conflicts of tribalism. You have played most of Wacken, you will enjoy this. The beststudio versions you need to watch are Shoemaker think you did Noise, & Elan, but they are all good.

Saw the Tribal lyric video reaction last night, loved your excitement w/ the dancing skeletons, we ALL had it when we first watched it he he. LOVE this Hellfest concert!!! This is the 3rd song. The first 3 songs together are perfect openers!!! I don't remember if you did "Noise" and "Planet Hell" from this show right before "Tribal", if not you'll love those 2 as well!!! (Oh, and Shoemaker w/ Floor's ending Operatic part.....What??? lol)
I love this show. One thing that I am always thinking during this show is that Guns and Roses were back stage getting ready to go on next. I always imagine they're poking their head through the curtain thinking "Crap, we have to follow that".

I definitely prefer live with Nightwish, but make no mistake that studio versions are also stellar. Nightwish doesn’t know how to do anything but amazing! Since Halloween is coming up, you need to watch Scaretale! There are 2 versions though! One is like a short movie version & the other one is a live version with Annette Olzon!

Concerts: Yes. Some reactors have done each in a single video. Others have broken each up into chunks of a few songs each. You do you. I'm here for it. You have many good shows to choose from. You have already done songs from End of an Era 2005, Wacken 2013, Tampere 2015, Wembley 2015, Buenos Aires 2018, and Hellfest 2022. There is also another Human Nature show that I think is worth checking out. It is at night and there are lots of close-up camera shots of individual band members: Cuxhaven Germany 2022 (th-cam.com/video/WWiVA7bkXzc/w-d-xo.html). You may also want to check out their Virtual Show from 2021. It is the kickoff for the Human Nature world tour, performed live against a green screen for a virtual audience from around the world. It is different. Kind of like having them perform a private show in your living room.

Their "Grand Slam" from newer era is Wacken 2013, Wembley 2015, Tampere 2015 and Buenos Aires 2018, their concerts chosen to be on dvd, full production. Hellfest is great but it's during the day on scorching sun, while maybe better Deichbrand can be put in the same sentence with Wacken at night.
I would like to recoment the wembley show. It has all the great compositions plus ofcourse the poet and the pendulum and Richard dawkins at the end! It is right up there with wacken!
