Recently replayed this game, was having a nostalgic moment.
Really hope this music is part of the final version, it's so beautiful, relaxing and yet emotional and sad.

How mad would it be if a mod was made which turned the ship into the wreck it is now, and we could explore all the rooms we see here in this video - see what is still recognisable...
Unfortunately, most of aft of the ship has completely collapsed and rotten away.
But the front I agree, would be very cool to see a comparison

Downloaded it today. Been a Titanic fanatic since Elementary school and it makes my heart race in delight knowing that this game exists.

Looks amazing, now add a few hundred npc’s and a day night cycle. Where they change what their doing depending on the time of day.
Waiting for when we will build another ship even half the beauty of early 1900s ships.
Some of the guys who were working on this broke off and are now building Lusitania like this. They've already released images of her 1st Class Dining Saloon and it's absolutely breathtaking.

How many of those demo videos is the world going to see, until they finally reveal that it will never be released. It's years now. If you put a little effort into researching, you will see this game is never coming to a release. But the progress rebuilding titanic virtually is absolutely stunning. I really was looking forward to it.
I wonder how they finance their work? They could probably earn tons if they just released what they have now as a exploration experience

Imagine doing the same thing but with mall from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Where you have the exterior of Santa Monica Place and once you’re in the interior it’s now Sherman Oaks Galleria.

Can anyone explain the clock being set backwards at midnight 49 minutes?
Since the titanic was going trans Atlantic, they had to adjust to the new time zones, setting it back if heading west , forward if going east.

That’s actually a pretty cool idea but I doubt most people’s computers could even take just a quarter of them walking around (even just standing too) unless they’re a static model or something

They wouldn't need to move around. Might be even more of an impact if the were frozen in time so to speak...
@@somethingwithbungalows Actually that isnt really a problem, considering how small spaces are rendered at any one time. Consider how insanely many person models are rendered at the same time in GTA5 or similar open world games, in Titanic as big as the ship is, no one space is really that big.

It's planned to have an story but atm they're "just" building the whole ship.
It's more of a virtual museum than a game
I liked the mystery thriller story with the Oxford graduate protagonist they had before, kinda sad it got scrapped.

Highly doubt it. The requirements for pc are pretty high, which the Xbox and PS5 wouldn’t be able to handle

Titanic honor and glory looks too clean to be realistic.. more rough surface area is needed
@j_rADD she was also in dry dock, and while she was furnished before her maiden voyage. She had rust.. and the way they loaded coal by the sides.. it left marks, that's why ships were black above the water line.. from inside she was brand new but from the outside and from the weather.. this game feels like a dream more than anything else..
