This was such a special set. My best friend showed me BMSR back in 2007, he passed away ten years later. I was on the other side of the festival grounds right before their set, it was raining, and I sprinted in the dark until I found a golf cart, paid the guy $20 and made it to the set right before they began. Found my buddy painting in front of the stage on the left side and proceeded to have an incredible night. Brought tears to my eyes. RIP Zack, love you man. Wish you could've been there
noodlotus lights were on point. Daniel Hiudt would be proud lol. But in all cerealousness you crushed it for sure. LD’s make a difference everybody, always make sure to visit them with treats and gifts and praise.
This band is so damn good. The lo-fi psychedelic electro vibes this band throws off are second to none. I can’t wait for them to start touring again post covid. Come to Atlanta!

just wanted to say this might be the bmsr set recorded on youtube. They play all their best bangers, its in 4k!, the sound quality is impeccable for both the band itself and the crowd reaction, and its the full set. good job recording this brotha, and doing the world a big favor.
It's too damn bad they didn't do the kind of show that they were doing the previous year. There's a few "decent" videos of them during that time, but nothing like this. And that's a damn shame too considering what they were doing showise and not getting solid footage of any of it... but we get this instead
Fucking historic! I've loved this band since I was a little hipster in middleschool. Seeing them at a festival with so many of my other favorite acts and at a venue so close to home in the burgh-- i will never forget this set! Thank you Black Moth!
I've commented a few times, and I'm so glad I was at this set. But I have to comment again just to give praise to Harmlessly. God it's such a perfect song

Was telling my friend how great this set was and I happen to stumble upon it while trying to find a recording of the 7" of theirs that I lost. Instead, I find a recording of the only BMSR set I've been to. Good trade. Thank you for recording and thank you Black Moth Super Rainbow
Thank you, infinity times. I cannot say this enough. This quality is beyond mere words. Iffernaut rippin shit up.! Cannot believe they did Neon Syrup...!
Not since Stereolab and New Order has an electronic band impressed me so much. BMSR is like Boards of Canada, but with better melodies and vocoder singing!
Yeah it's great. They fight with some of their equipment, and the performance is always raw. I've seen them twice live, and it's a religious experience.

I ran lights for this set. Some times you are just going through the motions. This was not that. I was very proud, and am very happy you posted this.

i don't know if they played all the bangers, they didn't played every record they have tho :(
Thank you! There is a serious lack of full live BMSR sets on TH-cam.

Love BMSR, this rocks
love this band so much!
Oh man.. you struck gold with this one. Thanks for all your work!
Love when she does the stick click at the beginning of the songs, you can hear how dirty the drums are.
Great drummer, full of power
Twin of Myself is amazing live, wow!
This band sounds truly retrofuturistic.
SOOOO GOOOOOD :D
that rendition of untitled roadside demo made me cry
Has the element of Air to it
In an abstract sense or the band air or both?
Abstract, as Always.
Shoutout to the guy squeejeeing water off the roof the real mvp right there
He was an actual hero that night
such an awesome experience.
I'm the dude in the cowboy hat to the left in the front and I miss this weekend very much.
Sound is spectacular!!! Thank you!!
I cannot wait to see them live one day!!!
Thank you , hope to see them in fl.
Man i really wish BMSR came to Australia :( this is so good!
This is the best thing I have ever heard in my entire life...This has meshed with my SOUL! OMFG!
wow they are rad
BMSR is so classic
very unique band
Wish they would come to Canada
Awesome show, wish I could see them live but found this in the meantime. Allow me to title the roadside demo; Eclipse of the Rosy Maple
I had no idea they even played live. Ty for this!

If you already haven't, look up Tobacco. It's the vocoder guys project. it's similar but weirder grimier and crunchier
@@ext93 - Thanks. you are right. smart, creative guy@!
thank you so much for posting this.

Rare bmsr live recording incoming

He’s really fighting with his vocoder in some songs, like it lost a lot of sustain
