I have a 2000 Civic DX Coupe with 260,000 miles on it, and use it daily to work and back. Not one problem with it in all that time other than routine maintenance.
A friend of mine sold me his 2010 Civic EX today with 162,800 miles for $1000 Actually he wanted to give it to me but I insisted on paying something. It's in perfect condition. No rust, stains etc. I have a 4Runner and this Civic is so much more fun to drive. I'll def have fun to the tune-ups etc to it.
@@mateofeo4597 I drove it cross province from bc to Alberta. About 800 km each way and it did great. It doesn't get the best gas mileage (Abt 320 km full tank in city driving) but besides that it's had no major problems it's whole life
i just want to say this and im not being a downer. #1 way to lose a friend let him borrow money #2 sell him your car. Again, I'm not trying to tell you what to do with your money but.... cars are just cars, and anything can happen lol
@@povnelson2019 I don’t think you’re being a downer at all, those are facts written. This wouldn’t be my primary vehicle , but something that gets better gas mileage then my 4Runner. I do my own tuneups etc, and I don’t drive an excessive amount of miles. Thanks for the tip though 👍
Great car. Mine sadly was rear-ended in 2021 and totalled- but I walked away without a scratch. Replaced it with a 2015 EX manual I love it👍

my 2011 dx is at 177k km and has only ever needed fluids, 2 batteries and brakes done to it. no problems at all i love it
whats the fartest you drove it? do you trust it taking it far?
