I love this, Pamela...your work is wonderful, amazing...love, love, love it! Thank you also for the great music playing in the background. It was perfect!
Pamela so happy to have you back to inspire us, Grieving is a process and so it is understanding that it takes time to find the light, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I find it so inspiring to see your process of painting over and I am looking forward to giving it a go myself. Thank you for all you do for this community of artists and beginners. We love you. Hugs and Smiles
This is terrific. Truly enjoyed your video. I’ve been floundering and I think you’ve given me a bit of a push to boost me from my sad & foggy state of mind. Thank you.
Before I fully watch your video, I wanted to thank you. Your introduction certainly touched home... 2023 has been a very difficult year for me so far, personally, professionally, and the weather and news isn't helping I have to say. When you said so far your pallet was 'dark', I think you hit the nail on the head. My desire for creating is there but when I try to get started, I run into a 'dread'. When you mentioned you needed to 'bring in some light'... a bell went off and I felt a little light, if you know what iI mean... maybe a little rainbow during the rain so-to-speak. I appreciate more than you can know how much I enjoyed this opening because for me, it felt human and real, from the heart, not a practiced speech. Therefore, I say thank you again and send you a friendly hug. Now, on to watch the video. :o)
I can not tell you how important it was for you to share your creative journey, there are so many times I feel alone in this creative world, you touched my heart and have inspired me, thank you for the kindness 🥰
This was very inspiring... I really like how you used different pieces to bring about another being, and then painted over to bring about that being's 'personality' with feeling, if you will. Years ago, a friend of mine showed me a creation that she was taught - not a paint over - but using parts of people and/or animals - head, arms, legs, eyes, clothing, etc., mixed and matched - to create a more whimsical or collaged being. It was interesting and another way to get started with something. Found this paint-over to be a little personal giving it your personal touch. Thank you so much... really enjoyed this.
I love your creativity! Thanks for sharing 🥰
Thank you! 😊 I’m happy to hear that you enjoyed my video.
