    Thanks for the information on the galley plugs! I found that one of mine was in the process of working itself loose. The rest seem fine. But I will peen them all to be safe.

    Where did you get your injector roller and cam cap bolts from? You said they are cheaper than the stock, just wondering if you have a link, or just matched them up at your local Ace hardware sort of thing?

      I’ve got a local Mennonite bolt supply store I get my stuff from, but fastenal, brafasco McMaster-carr. Tune my euro, darkside, cascade German all sell kits for 4 cyl. but are more pricey.

    Is there any info out there on what the plunger stroke distance should be if we can mock up a holder for a dial indicator?

      The aim of the game is to ensure the injector rocker arm is fully actuated/pushed down not so much a measurement. So using the dial you’ll want to watch it go down and stop it just as it’s going back up. Adjusted the screw in until resistance is the injector bottomed out, then 180 back out so there’s no chance of the injector bottoming out in normal operation. (Bad time if it does)
