Really enjoyable, thank you! We did the round trip at Easter and loved the ‘Winter Spring’ experience. You captured it all beautifully- so nice to share it at Christmas 😊
I love watching your family’s adventures. It’s so wonderful that your delightful little girl is being exposed to so much at such a young age. My husband and I are booked to do the round trip with Havila in January and we can’t wait. I’m a wheelchair user and these beautiful new ships look very accessible. Sending much love from Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴
Thank you so much! We hope you have an amazing time. We hope to make it to Scotland soon enough as Jacks family is Scottish. He even wore his kilt in our wedding.
Wonderful series. Thank you. I’m seriously considering selling stuff to buy a ticket. The view at 4.51/2 has got to be one of the most dramatic of its kind. A real classic.
Coming back to northern Norway in the summer you'll have a very different experience with the midnight-sun (ie sunny 24/7) and a complete change of scenery, from white snow in the dark to green nature in the light. I'd suggest an alternative way of travel from the coastal-express though, being able to check out the country on your own schedule. For instance, seeing Lofoten by car, spending time in Bergen and tour the fiords on the west-coast, as well as getting on the train to Flåm +++.
22:50 There used to be a goal of 100% new cars sales being electric by 2025, but sale of fossil fueled cars will not be banned next year. You are free to buy all the fossil fueled cars you want. But fact is over 90 percent of new cars sales in Norway is electric all ready, so we have practically allmost reached that goal anyway. For the less than 10 percent that feel they need hybrids, gas og diesel cars, they can still buy them for years to come. In Norway fossil fueled cars have allways been heavily taxed, so they have allways been and will still be much more expensive than the almost "tax free" electric cars.
I worked in Textiles till we had our daughter! Then I became a stay at home mom and was looking for a creative outlet so I started this channel! Thanks for watching our journeys! Emma
Wow! Honestly didn’t know Norway had so many moose. After traveling a good amount of Norway now I did realize there were more moose that I initially thought. Wasn’t expecting to be lucky enough to see 2! Thanks for watching!
