I got a sample of Lamar from a friend a while back and just tried it a few days ago and HOLY BERRY BLAST BATMAN! This is a must-try fragrance for anyone that hasn't had the opportunity. I'm not too familiar with a lot of "red berry" fragrances outside of raspberry (Tuscan Leather) or cranberry (Polo Red Intense) scents, but this one has a bunch of fruit and sweetness up top that really make you get lost in a lush Californian grove of fruits. Tart, sweet, luscious...so many words to describe the opening and depth of Lamar, not to mention that the drydown with roses, cashmere, musk, and moss...this is just an absolutely phenomenal composition. I'm thinking I might pick it up in a few weeks or so, but this is one to sample if people have never smelled it before.

No because this doesn't smell anything like Aventus or Hacivat. The only thing similar is the not of Pineapple. This is a fruity, floral, woody fragrance

As much as I love Kajal Yasmina, Jihan, and Warek, this one didn’t do it for me. On my skin is sickly sweet. It didn’t remind me at all of Aventus or Hacivat....beautiful bottle like all the other from Kajal.
I cant smell any pineapple not even a little bit it's just pure rose, actually smells like Delina to me just very fem but would be interested to see what it smells like with a man's chemistry Best pineapple is Fragrance du bois oud jaune intense, that smells of pineapple
The answer is no on all counts. This is a pleasant enough scent but it isnt in the same league as Aventis and the comparisons are a little predictable and unimaginative
it isn't the same as Aventus at all. It features Pineapple. That is the topic at hand in this video. Pineapple fragrances. Nothing about it smelling like Aventus

Lamar is beautiful, stays sweet and pineappley on the dry down. I get no rose or woods but I’m in it for the pineapple note.
