My dad ended up burning this and “Black Horse and a Cherry Tree” on a CD for me so that I could listen to them whenever I wanted, but this was always my favorite of the two. I still have the CD he made for me, and this song still makes me stop talking and just smile the entire time.

TLC (The Learning Channel) brought me here. This used to play during the Ink Block bumpers a decade ago. From 2006-2009 this was used for Kat Von D’s ink show and all the shows that premiered new episodes during that prime time block. I was in middle school and it was summer vacation and I got up extra early to go into my parent’s bedroom to turn on TLC and watch the Ready Set Learn children’s block in the mornings and this played at that time too. I was tripping on mixing bowls full of cereal and cookie dough pop tarts.
