Très complète et intéressante visite de Trèves que j'ai traversée rapidement en voiture sans en voir toutes les richesses. Merci Lindy vous vous êtes donné beaucoup de mal mais ça en valait la peine.
Very pleasant video about the town that my high school was named after - ‘New Trier’. But as lovely as Trier, Germany seems, it only reinforces my preference for French villages!
Trier is absolutely worth a trip. The architecture is absolutely mindblowing, since it displays all styles from ancient roman to neo-classical buildings. Also, it has a very pleasant liberal vibe, due to the university. It's an overlooked gem. Greetings from Freiburg
Very nice video. I was born and raised in Trier and lived there until 1985. And sometimes I am homesick, I miss Trier! Btw. "Viez" is pronounced "feets".......:) I am glad you came over from France for that trip and had fun.
Surprised you did not talk about the Benedictine Monastery (St. Mathias) where the bones of the Apostle St. Matthew are held or the Cathedral (the oldest in Germany) which contains the tunic (not the shroud) that Christ wore at his crucifixion. Religious or not, that is real history!
