Hey Dave, Have you tried any of the thermos that are of glass on the inside and insulated? Their lite as a feather too! I use one now and it keeps my water hot all day and more! These are made in Brazil.. My father-in-law who is from Paraguay turned me on to them. I believe they call them Thermolar.
