Mom worked for a dentist. His OTC for tooth ache was 800mg Tylenol + 400mg Ibuprofen every 8hr. MY regiment for muscle pain/knots is 2x Aleve (mg 🤷♂️) + 2x Ibuprofen (400mg) every 8hr. Works great. Of course, not something you want to keep taking for many days on end, to prevent kidney/liver damage... 👍

pulling a muscle usually means you over worked that muscle or you over used a muscle you don't normally use a lot. Tension in the body. so its not that you don't exercise, its probably either tension or stress in the body or you are over worked. Or a combination of those. Rest relaxation, de stressing.
This avoid plastic bottle problem is something that is halfway solved in Germany. I mean, we have a deposit on plastic bottles (also the single-use ones). That is good, because there are basically no plastic bottles in the environment floating around... On the other hand, I am not sure how good the actual recycling works here. People are very keen on separating the trash but the recycling companies are... well... companies. If it it cheaper to export the stuff to Bangladesh than recycling it in Germany, they export the shit... But probably they have a "sophisticated" recycling method in Bangladesh which is closely monitored by... the German company. I love capitalism that ignores environmental costs
