It would be very nice if Mr Keiji Fujikawa could one day visit your nursery in US. :)

Randomly stumbled on some of your vids and I'm just so pleasantly surprised to see a young American kid from Tennessee who's done the work and now making an honest living with his skills via his own business. Best of luck to you! Keep em coming.

You and Ryan both blowing the lid off the metaphorical bonsai cookie jar. Much respect and admiration for your Passion, approach to bonsai and sharing for your Journey.
Your apprentice is one lucky son of a gun !
    Just awe inspiring ! TY

    Good work guys.
It is a major relief when you can tidy up. It's as good for the mind as having an untidy clutter for me. The two spaces rotate every couple of months.

What a lovely calm and tranquil hobby and business idea. I'm jealous that you get to do this everyday.

Thanks for the video--especially the glimpse into your new shipping and packing space. Speaking of which....
I received the tools I ordered from you a couple of weeks ago: They look and feel great! I can't wait to use them, but it might be a while: I just finished re-potting the majority of my trees and field-grown material.
    Cheers!

In my workshop we have the same foam roll giant...make a rod for it to spin on and mount it up high out of the way. Its light and spins easily you will have an easy time ripping pieces

Very interesting comment from Bjorn at the beginning about Reverse Engineering the mechanics of bonsai when having the opportunity to work on or observe work done on well developed plants. This definitely seems to shorten the learning curve by years (or lightyears for Cameron). Much more so than self teaching on twigs in pots.
Nice to finally see all that cardboard kicked out of the studio Bjorn!

Nice edit Bjorn. Great results eating and training since I last checked here too. Good to keep it up over winter, low carbs when there's no sun. We use light to metabolise tissues in a way similar to trees... more similar than most ppl think. Check out Jack Kruse for authority on that.

Bjorn, since you were Mr.Fujikawa's first apprentice, how was he able to maintain the nursey before you came along? Was he doing everything himself or was he perhaps enlisting the help of other professionals?

Don't want to jinx you but what are you doing for tornadoes and hail? Would you throw shade cloth up on everything out in the open in an emergency? (You know how it is in TN in a couple more months.. =/)

Almost nine minutes and I just heard you talk about your self. Not one rule of bonsai. Dry up.
