Lydiah's life is so rich! She's a wealth of knowledge and I wish younger gals could listen and learn from her. They would maneuver through their young adulthood with more ease. She is woke in so many ways and at a fairly young age. The things Lydia knows, most of the women in our society get to realize in their late 40's and 50's.
Whatever you are not dealing with will deal with you, I take that with me. Thankyou girls... you are good!!

I broke my leg a month ago and I've been waiting to heal to get back to my perfect schedule.. Lynn and the guest have made me realize I can get to my perfect schedule right now and not wait till I'm back to my fit. I feel I should mention that resting is the only way to heal a broken leg. If you don't rest enough your healing will take longer even a year or more. Kids bones heal faster but that's not the case with adults. Your health now should be your only priority. Take care of youself.
