Hello Grace, love your video's! I recently listened to a health podcast all about coffee and its benefits. Apparently if you put the tiniest amount of salt in your coffee, the bitter taste dissappears. It blocks the taste receptors for bitterness in your mouth. I tried it and it worked!!! HOW FACINATING

You can also sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on grapefruit for the same effect...or any other bitter food for that matter!

@@Finda5 Can't taste saltiness at all; it just tones down the bitterness. Kinda like if you add coffee to a chocolate cake, you can't taste the coffee.

I agree - I've only had Decaff for 20 years. Visitors to my home have no idea, in fact, some have said that was a lovely coffee. I also drink Decaff tea!

Hey Grace, I’m usually a silent viewer, but just wanted to say congratulations on your pregnancy. I just wanted to say though please be careful with caffeine intake (matcha has so much in) and also ingredients like ashwaganda haven’t been properly tested in pregnancy. I don’t want to scare you, and I’m sure you’ve already done research, but please double check all ingredients are pregnancy safe. 💖
I’ve just had my baby, (7 weeks postpartum) and the amount of things that are not pregnancy safe that you wouldn’t even think about. I just want you and baby to be safe. 💖💖💖

Just a reminder that Matcha has quite a lot of caffeine. 😅 Depending where it’s from it can have more caffeine than strong black tea. So be careful downing those 😂

oh wow I didn't know Blank Street was an international brand! There's one by my work that I've been to once although I wasn't particularly impressed with it. I got the iced rose chai latte and it was very watery (even drinking it right away - the ice had not melted at all). Maybe the hot version would've been better, but it was a no for me.

Coffee frappuccinos was my gait way to coffee and then I leveled up to flavored Caffe lattes. Now a days I drink just coffee with milk at home but i still like flavored coffee drinks.

Never know anybody that points as much as grace when they’re talking. Whether to the camera when she’s talking or when she’s talking to people like her family. I remember getting told off when I was young for pointing saying how rude it is and that “everyone knows you don’t point especially with your index finger at or towards people” and I’ve never done it since I was so embarrassed 😂 when I told people that story everyone has always said oh yeah did your parents not tell you you don’t do that? Which they did. But I thought that was just Mum being over the top about manners as she was anyway 😂😂

as a matcha hater i still can't get myself to like even blank street matcha - i think my tastebuds are pretty sensitive as i get the seaweed taste instantly😭
@ginack19 I felt the same way about matcha until I got REAL matcha that I brought while in Japan it was basically graded matcha and it was SO GOOD changed my perspective all together and I bought 4 more jars before going home 😭😭😭
