You need to know the purpose of an enzyme to understand this.Most of the biological process can occur without the help of an enzyme.But with the help of enzyme the rate is accelerated.

GT outside liver cell deficiency causes Gilbert syndrome & another GT inside cell deficiency causes criggler nazar.
