I just put the insert directly into the vents. I came smell them when I change the setting to blow directly into my face,smh. The clips are useless if there isn’t some kind of warm/hot air that can flow through it.

So i will keep that in mind about asking for newly delivered scents and see if that makes a difference. Or ill change it out for a different scent that i have, because i still have the frosted cranberry in. 😬
Just got one of the visor ones and they are terrible! You can't smell it unless your nose is literally touching it. What am I doing wrong? TONS of people on Facebook are having issues with it too. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?
It could be the type of scent. There are some scents that's smells strong and some scents are not the strong. I had the same problem with other scents, but I do crank up the AC for the summer or the heater for winter, so the scent can smell
Does the soft side (the side the foil peeled from) face the vent or face forward? Or does it not matter? I just bought Sweet Pea and it smells ahmaze-ing.
Always ask the B&BW associate of their new stock for the scents. I have some scents that has been a hit and miss smell. So I just ask the new restock scent items. So far for me, the scent does appear.
Instructions are good up until the video jumps/skips on exactly how the actual scent is properly placed into the car fragrance unit itself! many want to no if they have placed their new car fragrance facing the proper direction in their unit during installation.
It depends on the scent. Some scents smells are stronger than others. When turning on the AC or the heater helps the scent to smell stronger. I have been using stress relief scent and its does make my car smell good. Recently, I change scents to Sweet Pea. The sweetpea scent smells a little bit. So it depends on the scents
@@kelseyd7070 you'll see the liquid will decrease in time. When there is a little bit of liquids. That's the time to throw it away and add a new scent.
DressupTerrz Well then it’s going to take a long time I still have tones of liquid in mine and I have had mine more then month and my boyfriend had his for definitely more then 3 I think and he still has tone of liquid in his. I do know that there site says 4-6 weeks to keep the scent so.... Hmmm
Kelsey D are you sure you peeled off the label thing before you put it in there? The whole front of it comes off. Sorry but I didn’t know how to do it either as it doesn’t come with any instructions. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
guys you’re supposed to lay it flat on the lid, then turn it so it’s held in place. the soft part should be facing up. then close it. in this video she put it down on the vented side first which is NOT how it is supposed to be held.

Face it forward. I'm happy that your sweet pea smells wonderful. I got that scent and it didnt work out for me.
