I’m sure it costs an absolute fortune and I’m super thankful these exist but please just look all your resources into one mega park with 6-8 foot bombs.
Do you mean full-size 2 foot wave ? When will you build a park of decent size with the option to generate a larger wave or is it about building a wave park with a wave just big enough to make learners froth and generate capital from that.
The Cove technology is alot better than the Nland tech. I've surfed both, and the Cove generates way more waves per hour at a lower cost at intermediate and expert levels. N land only had 1 wave at a time. 2 surfers, one on each side of the pier going back and forth. The Cove can generate 12+ more waves per set! Easy to get surfed out and better bang for the buck. Also more ocean like experience.
@ed1pk yeah but recently a company called Discovery Land has bought it and they are turning it into a private club “Austin Surf Club”. Kelly is on board for the redevelopment of the pool.
Bruh what about Houston !? They were supposed to be done last year but haven’t even started yet.. I mean if Arkansas get a wave pool before us then that’s a bad business move.. 1000’s of surfers in Texas surprisingly. We will be the filler between all the ppl traveling, Waco has gone down in business quite a bit due to increased prices, if one in Houston opens up especially with a better wave, they’re done for.
Haha, Bobby Martinez on the surf/tennis circuit now, good for him.

SurfLand Garopaba!
was difficult to understand the questions at the end. Would like a transcript or CC.
I think he was asking whether or not you can retro fit the new lagoon beach design to existing pools with walls.

Nland Surf in Austin close down the first wave pool because a lack of repetitive customers.
NLand was small surf and opened before the tech was completely dialed!
