I believe the rule about Liberos is that they’re not allowed to make an “offensive play” as in shes not allowed to jump and contact the ball above the net when she’s in the three meter line. so she could set the ball with her hands as long as she doesn’t jump to set the ball above the net line. sorry if that was confusing I’m not great at explaining things but I hope that helps :)
@@edibleminecraftcode1017 Nope, they aren't allowed to set being in the 3 meter line (they can, but that set cant be hitted, it has to be passed or "spiked" without jumping), thats why national level liberos can jump in the 3rd meter line and set if the setter can't reach the ball or if he did the first touch
Yeah what I know is that they have to bump the ball if their between the 3 meter line and the net, only if they jump behind the line, then they can jump set but what she did should have been called out.
