- This video is a screen recording of starting up an Agilent 1100 HPLC, editing the ChemStation Method and Sequence files.
The video shows only the basic, most important parameters that one need to consider for running an HPLC analysis of mixtures.
Very helpful for beginners like me.
nice work keep going
Thank You for Video...Please Elaborate more for new learner
Very Helpful Thnk u so much
Thanks for sharing such informative video. Could u please do one video on how to create a customised report template
good effort
Thanks for your video. I have one question regarding setting the signal wavelengths and also the reference wavelengths. Would you please say how you do that, because when I change the wavelengths numbers I see a "Parameter Mismatch" error on the screen which says either I should change the detector parameters such that they match the Calibration Data or I should run calibration samples and do a Recalibrate Replace with them.
thanks klara
Could you tell us what the difference is between the Shutdown Macro and the Standby Macro? Also, it would be so helpful if you could walk us through using the 'Easy Sequence', 'Sequence Queue', 'Easy Sequence Setup' tabs. =] Thank you!
Hello, many thanks for the question. Sorry for the late reply. I was testing the difference between "standby" and "shutdown.mac" on my system. I could not find any difference. The "Standby" is built in the Chemstation, while the shutdown.mac was written by my engineer. Both switches off (put on standby) the pumps, column thermostat and the detector. The injector and the integration/data analysis remains green on the screen. You can use confidently any of them, to put your system standby when the sequence is finished.
Mam please upload the tutorial for purification of sample in Agilent 1100 system and also the purification data analysis. Thank you
Could you please demonstrate how to use SEC chromatography
