Honestly, not a lot of people will agree with me on this but Wizard Cookie is an incredibly solid Tagger character. I’ve got mine at 63k points and he’s been incredibly serviceable between Raids, Champion Raids, Infinite Labyrinth and whatnot, but mainly in coordinated groups. Although I can sort of-kind of say the same for solos. 😅 He pairs incredibly well with almost any great Fighter character, granted they don’t give up 15 seconds into a Raid battle- but I really enjoy using and investing in him, even if he isn’t the strongest character in the game. I’d say he’s a solid Tagger to build on!
While he is fun, his kit only supports light cookies, which is why he can't be placed higher. BUT he is super useful in a lot of Infinite Lab stages because of his ultimate, so not a bad investment by any means!
Thank you for this! Been investing in Jalapeno because I just started the game when she was released. Glad to know she's a good investment. Always liked your tips. Take care!
I invested in colrabi cookie because i got him from the beginning on so it was my first epic and it was on special summon, lucky me that is was my first epic😅
Just finished building up Basil Pesto, and because of this video, I just finished building up Jalapeno as well. well... Except for those Unique Weapons, I'll have to wait on those unless the raid drops it like how I got the Dark Choco Cookie's Unique weapon and have still yet to pull em T ~T
Sorry for the late response but the main difference is their role. Candy Drop is a tagger, meaning she applies elemental tags. She also applies debuffs. Jalapeno is a fighter, meaning she does a lot of raw damage, that's pretty much it.
I invest angel cookie as a dps 😊 everything is all crit damage and light damage all buff is super epic with her weapon too (the buff). She have a very good card for her power to increase her elemental damage and a very good team that gave her a buff for her damage. Turns out her damage is like a nuke (for the skill).
I find Candy Drop Cookie a bit annoying for being overused. Technically, people use an earth tagger cookie in raid mode despite the elements that should be used. And there aren’t much good earth type cookies
Earth definitely needs some help lol. A plus about candy drop though is her universal def drop, which is so massive it almost cancels out the weaker tag in those raids.
Ok both answers. 1. That is NOT a good enough reason to invest in him. Mala, Alc, TD, and even PISTACHIO are all cookies who can clear the expert mission easily. I do so by using Mala, TD, and Pistachio and have no struggle what so ever. Investing in Werewolf just to do that is just a waste of resources that could be used to make a better rare cookie stronger (like Alc, who is also Dark.) 2. That's why she's niche. She's ONLY viable in light raids. Everyone ranked higher than her is viable in more than 1 mode (besides Soda, but she's a special case due to her being incredibly unique with her P2 + powerful in lab.) Both Lemon and BB are viable in lab AND craid which is why they aren't niche (yes, BB has found SOME use in lab, Pistachio has found 0). Pistachio being used on meta light champion raid teams isn't a good enough reason to invest in her, considering she isn't flexible. Also with that line of logic, muscle should be put up higher because he's on meta Earth raid teams.
Was just watching your BlackBerry review from a month ago when she came out. I just started playing and she’s always been my favorite. Just one problem, my ultimate doesn’t work in raids. Am I the only one with this problem? Is this intentional? I do the animation and I’m locked into it, but then she tilts her head down like she mini stunned or something and then i don’t get the ghosts…. Is this just me, intended, a bug, or does anyone know a fix?
You know the one thing that does kind of bug me about this game is how much you need to invest into other cookies. It’s just very annoying. There’s a lot with this game that needs to be done to make it a little more f2p because it’s pretty incentivized to spend money to get up there in the game. Jalapeño is my main, but she’s not at 70k. Any team that I see on discord wants a 70k jalapeño, or a jalapeño with ghost. Now I have to go build a ghost set and that will take god knows how long. There are characters who don’t take as much investment like your crushed peppers or malasauce, but it’s still so tedious
Just for reference, I’ve spent the past month building up my Jalapeño and she’s STILL not where I want her to be. Levels are incredibly grindy on weapons/armor that unless you get lucky it takes a long time. I get she’s a dps and dps typically take a while to build and are the ones you need to min max the most, but god it feels like such a drag
If you were to throw Basil Pesto in, where would he be? (Also am new here, what do you mean when you write outdated next to the vids for cookies like rockstar? Can i still follow the build? XD)
Hmm I would probably throw him into high A as of now. We need to see how he does in infinite lab for awhile before I make another tier list though. Also I wrote outdate because a lot of those are simply just outdated. New sets have been added, and builds have been optimized. I’ll probably remake some of those guides soon.
No, ninja shouldn't be used period because he provides nothing besides his tag. Plantain provides wind res down and a tag, making him the better option of the two, despite not being perfect either.
@@maybesparky from the wind champ raid rankings, i saw that he was being used. really confused why but someone explained to me that his skill comes up faster, applying the captain set and having a consistent wing tag since plantain’s skill is double the cd of ninjas
Just checked the leaderboards, and yeah that's right. Weird how I missed this... Either way I'd say his presence is there because of Plantain's shortcomings, not because he's actually worth building--kind of like Muscle cookie. You could argue Pistachio is the same, except she actually provides a buff to her team at P5 which distinguishes her from the prior two.
Bro i accidently invested all MY F*CKING MONEY on dark choco ( hes lv 60 2 star) bruhh im so regret bro should have wachted these fist and also i have a question should i invest on candy drop or zest lemon fist?

Tier lists can be helpful in comparing across roles (e.g. fighter to fighter), but theyre mostly beneficial for new players looking to direction on who go prioritize to progress an account. With that in mind, what do you recommend? Should one invest mostly in our first team and primarily one DPS to 40k (raids) or 48k (c raids)? Should we work on getting 3 teams for lab? Is it worth spending initial workshop mats to complete an armor set to hit a power threshold? Would love your take on this
Omg it’s my awesome channel member!! Ok so… (sorry for the edit, I misclicked and posted the comment early) First priority needs to be getting a cookie to 40k to unlock the highest tier raids. If you don’t do this, you’ll stunt progression. After that, you really need to just slowly build a roster of cookies you both like and need. While meta is good, meta isn’t always fun. This tier list keeps this in mind. All of the S tier cookies are great for craid besides plantain and cherry, which is why building one or multiple of them is recommended. Aka.. -> pick a cookie to raise to 40k -> pick a few more cookies you want to slowly raise up -> eventually get a good craid cookie to 48k -> etc etc
Both Cherry and Plantain are top top tier DPS in Inf Lab, not to mention Cherry is super easy to build, which is why she is in S. Also Jalapeno is an incredibly strong DPS when she's built. If she isn't doing damage for you, you must have built her wrong.
Let me know how you liked this shorter video style, though I'd try something new 😸
*looks at lv 40 cream soda*
*Looks at lv 40 dark choco*
*Looks at lv 30 lemon zest*
Crushed pepper is my favorite and main and I didn't know we wasn't good for things I literally already maxed him out😭
Me who's using a 60k Durian in champion raids:
"...Oh, yeah pfft, he's only good for uh, infinite labyrinth, yeah, of course 😅"
teehee
Durian has a poor dps input. It's more a burst to waves so yeah it's kinda meh
My FAVORITE cookie being the FIRST ONE in S Tier? I love this guy already 😭😭
been waiting for one of these!

Petition that Dark Choco should be in alternatives tier cause he’s still decent just not as good as dark choco
Dark choco functions entirely different than kohlrabi, not as an alternative
@@maybesparky Alright fair enough
I was planning to make TOA tierlist too but when basil pesto released xD
Am I the only one who would like to see werewolf cookie shine? I like his character design but it’s kinda sad that hes not useable…
He’s an epic in other cookie run games, it sucks that he isn’t here :(
Could you explain why cherry cookie is so high up on the list? im new to the game :3
Cherry cookie is pretty much a necessity for clearing Infinite Labyrinth, and she's also super easy to build
Just finished building up Basil Pesto, and because of this video, I just finished building up Jalapeno as well.

Sorry for the late response but the main difference is their role. Candy Drop is a tagger, meaning she applies elemental tags. She also applies debuffs. Jalapeno is a fighter, meaning she does a lot of raw damage, that's pretty much it.
Curious where you think Pesto goes in the tier list at this point although I know there isn't much data yet.

im quite new to the game is there a particular "meta" on building and lvling up cookies
Which cookie element is strong in champion raid?
Dark teams with Rockstar and Candy Drop is currently the overall highest scoring team
@maybesparky i have kohlrabi sitting at 55k power 3 star. He's dealing quite good damage
I’d pull for at least 4 star, being able to crit with his passive is a massive power boost
@@maybesparky already spent 51k diamond. To get him to 3 star haha
