- this took a while to make so please call me out on any mistakes so i can fix them but i'm very confident that i'm right

but you also gotta admit, they're not looking for realism, they're just looking for answers. by animating, even as low poly as possible, it still helps them a ton
the animation quality is actually extremely good, so i'm not sure what you mean by "low-poly", and technically they *are* looking for realism, and they already have the answers. that's how the animations get made in the first place
not dissing or anything, i respect that you actually pointed out a mistake, but this video is meant to be kinda harsh, so attacking background planes is something that i'm allowed to do

Types of 737-800: Old Generation: have eyebrow window, Next generation: doesn't have eyebrow window
More specifically, all 737-800s produced before 2005 had eyebrow windows since Boeing removed them in 2005. Accident aircraft was manufactured in 2002 if I'm not wrong.
@@frutdafruit Nowadays most of the 737-700s, 800s, and 900s that were produced with eyebrow windows originally have had them covered up by now, however a few remain with the windows still visible.
0:09 look up pictures of TC-JGE, it had eyebrow windows. 1:48 same here. 2:02 irl it went over the powerlines, the 1st shot is a bit too low.

Why do people care about what planes are used in the backround? They just reuse planes from previous animations as seen by Tans PERU at 1:52 and honestly I couldnt care less, the episodes are about a specific plane not the backround planes
Still, even if it is just to save money, I consider it as a mistake. I understand it is just one scene, but I'm still going to nitpick

not sure what you mean "how would you know that", there's real photos of the incident with the actual background planes included in the video. do you actually know how these "mistakes in ACI animation" videos work?
@@freeamericanairlinesadvertiser The background planes are not "mistakes" they are done on purpose so they don't waste much time designing actual background planes so they give more time to doing the actual incident instead of real background planes

in this photo of the wreckage you can clearly see that the logo is smaller than in the animation (it's between the doors, not painted on to them)

yeah. im making a follow up where i point out the mistakes that i made. unfortunately, most of this was made with a few pre-downloaded wikipedia articles (it was mostly done offline) so i didn't have a lot to go off of.
