Clearly, from your work, the composition, the setting, the vision ahead of time, all those things take some vision and talent. Seeing how to get started techinically is a real gift, however, and gives me appreciation for what goes into these photos. No free lunch here for sure. So I right away looked up the closest dark spot (many miles away) and I now understand why the milkyway I see out in the "country" still isn't half of what it could be. Thanks for sharing your work!

moon is actually helpping the night photography by lighting up foreground if not masking mikly way.
About aperture, it is LARGER aperture, not lower 😉 So 2.8, 2.0, 1.4 etc.
