Once you hit this rank, get this amount of grips:
Semi-Grade 1 - 1 grip
Grade 1 - 3 grips
Special Grade 1 - 5 grips
Special Grade - 7 grips
Semi Elite Grade - 10 grips

Arrancar : Normal Missions
Quincy : Normal Missions
Soul Reaper : Division 5 Missions
