Something that works for me is in the evenings: 1. Have a set time where you are going to stop doing homework/revision. 2. Have a warm/cold shower or bath. 3. Instead of spending hours scrolling on your phone, put on a movie or watch a few episodes of your favourite show. That way you will feel like you didn’t just waste hours consuming mindless information and you feel "productively relaxed" ikywim! ❤
Also guys use white pink or brown noise when your sleeping I personally prefer brown noise i swear when I used brown noise i slept for 6 hours and felt more energetic then I slept 9 hours when I didn't Obviously aim for 8 hrs of sleep but also use brown noise tell me the results after trying it for one night
