Joseph Prince’s flipflop on fasting is to cover up - no integrity & too proud to admit mistakes is latest article.
One moment, Joseph Prince said that fasting draws you closer to God.
The next moment, JP said the New Testament has nothing written to the church about days and days of fasting.
Read my shortest article so far (probably).

NT clearly talks about fasting. Jesus fasted 40days. Paul fasted after his encounter with Christ. Paul and Barnabas fasted. The church at Antioch fasted. I remember about 3-4years ago, I spoke to sister in NCC about fasting according the NT. She said “That is your belief. Our church (NCC) does not believe in fasting.”

Pride or a proud look is one thing the Lord hates. Notice how he scared the saleman by saying he can pray and ask God to withdraw all His blessings to prove whether his success was due to God and not his effort. What kind of pastor is that who asks the Father to condemn His children? Its downright pride. Its showing the ugly side .

Years ago- more than 10 years ago when I was attending NCC, this prince said new covenant believers do not need to fast. Along with many of his personal doctrines which always do not conform to the whole counsel. Why are people so drawn to hear his crap?! And why the church council chooses to remain silent?
    Errors must be corrected.

I think that his flip flop about fasting is not the only thing. Many years ago he was teaching about the Benjamin generation and I couldn’t understand what he was talking about. It wasn’t biblical and there were many errors in the things he was preaching about the Israelites at that time.

I think JP probably wants to link it to the tribe of Benjamin that got Jerico and Jersusalem. That is why he so focus on Rachel and believing the Leah is the slave woman. Someone needs to tell JP that Jesus is actually from the tribe of Judah and from Leah.

Oh yes, i agreed with you regarding the Benjamin generation teachings.
After i've studied The Bible, i found out JP only teach part of it but hide the other part about Benjamin's history.😠
JP has an issue with God's Word. He would pick only those that he wants.
      JP changed God's history. 🫣🔥
