Very excited for the Cosmo connection. I usually stay at Vdara and it's a pain to get to Cosmo -- down the stairs, walk outside, dodge traffic driving into Cosmo, etc. This will make the food court area at Cosmo a viable food alternative if you're staying at Vdara too.
Very nice. I stay at both Vdara and Aria often, so its nice to have this walkway back, especially now that its indoors and air condioned/ heated for comfort. And the added wing to the Cosmo will definitely be convenient. I always hated having to walk through Cosmos parking garage and then out on to the street just to get back to Vdara.... The only thing missing that would be perfect is a moving escalator to help you walk faster like in the connecting bridge between Luxor and Excalibur
appreciate the video mate, I knew bout the tram but didn't know bout this walkway or the one for cosmo that should be open when i go to Vegas in a few days, appreciate the guide.
Thank you so much! I stayed at Vdara last Fall and really enjoyed it. The walkway at that time was an open air and the winds were very high that day! Thank you so much for sharing and updating us all! CAB 😊
This has been a thing since the first time I stayed at Aria in 2010. I always go that way and it feels amazing. Like your own personal route. The walkway you showed used to be just a bridge exposed to outside elements but I always used it.
I think you’re describing a different bridge. This one is brand-new. They punched a hole into Cosmo near Wicked Spoon buffet. Then added this indoor walkway between Cosmo, Vdara, Bellagio .
@artmaglabe2969 PARIS is great if you want that European style in your room. And with a Caesars player card, rooms can be reserved as low as $10-15 each night.
Paris also renovated with lots of new restaurants (Gordon Ramsay, Martha Stewart, Vanderpump, Nobu, Bobby Flay, Guy Savoy). Feels brand new. Paris neighbor Ballys/Horseshoe is also extensively renovated. I’m looking forward to visiting both
Great video. Unless you’re already in Bellagio though it still seems quicker from The Strip to go through Cosmo and out by the lobby and up to the circle between Vdara and Aria.
Thank you! 🙂Agreed that it's not the quickest way to the strip via Bellagio walkway. Personally, I will go through Aria to ParkMGM and get out through the side door to NYNY or Eataly.
Depends what part of aria. I find cutting through Cosmo then the Crystal shops then Aria is fastest. However if I’m going to Jewel or the pools (Aria east side) then using this bridge will lead direct to those places
Will be in a panoramic suite at the Vdara 2nd week of April. Have stayed at the Aria a few times. Elected for the Vdara because you get soooo much more for your buck. Not to mention, you dont have to exit the elevators and get drowned in cigarette smoke. Thanks for the content. Good to know.
Nice, enjoy! Vdara is nice, convenient location, great view and all suites! Smoke free is definitely a big plus. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts :)
It makes a lot of sense. Vegas is great but the amount of walking you need to do is crazy and much of it not in a straight line and often in very hot weather.
The hotels don’t want you to leave. That’s why it’s inconvenient to walk. (However now MGM owns all these casinos, so they don’t mind if you have a bridge to Cosmo or Aria or Bellagio.) It’s all the same company
I contributed nothing. I don’t gamble & prefer entertainment that’s free: pools, clubs :-) Though now I think about it, I did spend money on the shows (O, Opium) and restaurants (buffets, Cathedrale, le Cirque) so I guess I contributed my 0.0000001% to the bridge
Bassicly u got the aria cosmo vdara bellagio and park mgm connected now Park mgm taking the tram to bellagio then walkway to either cosmo or vdara or Bellagio is of no effort
New York is also connected to Bellagio via the tram. Also there’s a tram & escalator/walkway connecting Excalibur, Luxor, Mandalay bay. MGM has made it convenient to visit all their properties on the west side .
Aria and Bellagio casinos are just a few mins away. Vdara is smoke free and it has some seriously nice view of the Bellagio Fountain and Sphere together! People will go for that. Will release the video soon to share the awesome room view.
I always stay at Vdara, quieter, cleaner, no smoke. And the Aria casino is just steps away. Rooms are usually cheaper, and every suite has its own kitchen, which is good when you bring home a doggy bag from dinner and need some leftover Beef Wellington at 4 am :)
Thank you. Finally somebody showed the entrance from Bellagio. Very detailed instructions.
Glad you found it helpful! :) Thanks for watching

Same here. I could see going to Aria less and Cosmo more after the walkway. Or not, but at least another option.
Good point, love the Block 16 food hall!
@@dsbkhuns I would go to Cosmo more!
This is very helpful for those staying in Vdara 😊
I think Vdara's room rate will increase because of this walkway.
Ugh! And that’s why I stay at Caesars properties. Type your players card number into the website & price drops to $10-15 for a room
.
@@electrictroy2010 Caesars are garbage compared to MGM.
Nice video! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching! :)
Such a wonderful video which camera did you use to film this?
What a huge and elegant place
What a great addition to city center.
Yes! Very happy about it

Thanks. A moving walkway would be nice!
Very helpful tip. 😊

Very welcome. Yes it's great and I will start staying at Vdara more often 🙂
Much better than the 115' heat in the summer. Fun walk too. I must try. Great video! 😃👍
Thanks and agreed! 😄
Thank so much!!!
Very welcome :)

It's much nicer now based on the old footage of the walkway I have seen
It’s new as it’s being remodeled to connect with the Cosmo since MGM bought it.

I cancelled the Paris and booked at Vdara before seeing this video. Glad to see I made the correct move!
I think Vdara is much better than Paris, they are not even in the same league (Vdara higher category).
Great decision! 🙂 Have a great time in Vegas!

@FlyLikeDove I Don’t go outside during daytime. I’m a night owl (sleep to 5pm… club til 4am)

The bridge is also a shortcut to Cosmopolitan’s Wicked spoon or Superfrico/Opium show. It exits directly to that spot

Vdara does has there own garage but it’s for valet parking only.
You are correct, no self park but valet for $35 a day. Kinda steep pricing.
@@KeepingUpWithVegas free if you're MGM Gold or higher ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@raypedia That's great, thanks for the tip!
Self Park is $25 so an extra ten dollars for valet isn’t bad. Locals get free parking upto 3 hours.
@raypedia NOPE not spending $5000 just so I can qualify for MGM Gold and get free parking. Cheaper to just pay the fee

DO you have an exact date as to when the Cosmopolitan to Bellagio walkway will open. We have Cosmo reservations for 12/17 - 12/20/23
Actually, it just opened! :) Enjoy your time at Cosmo in Dec!
😅 I need the exercise I don't need 2 gameplay thanks this will be helpful
how long does it take for you from bellagio to vdara? thanks
About 6-8 mins walk.
Is the walk way to cosmopolitan open ?
Not yet. I believe the soonest will be Nov.
I think walking is actually faster than taking the tram!
I think so too!
New like remodeled? It's been around for years... 😅
Yes! That's what I meant 😄but the old one was closed for a long time...I wonder why?
My play (and subsequent loss) at the Bellagio casino paid for most of that walkway.
😅I think we all contributed to the walkway!

The real question is why would anyone want to go to Vdara? No casino there.
Some people don’t gamble and don’t want the smoke

The old walkway was pretty ghetto.
So glad they updated it!
