    As a new subscriber, it's helpful & relatable to hear of your own experience with grief/loss (presumably death), anxiety & depression, along with the topic at hand, to distance and set boundaries as needed.

    Amazing! Great that you shared your insights about this topic.
    In my case I managed to leave some toxic association, but magically kept finding another toxic ones. 😂 Then after a many breakdowns I finally realised, that it's not the "toxic people fault", but my responsibility and choice to stay with them, and I can actually change it every time I want. This I think is the main shift in consciousness that should come. The maturity I would say. Feels much better being mentally adult 😄. But I'm just at the beginning. Your videos are much helpful on the way to a true self I always wanted to be ☺❤. Thank you 🙏.

    Is it possible to get a job while going through existential crisis? Spiritually, not having any kind of financial independence, and being with a family who constantly says how physically sick you are 'how you do not do anything' while slowly falling into the spiritual depression and having no interest or energy in doing a job,
    Manifest a place to move out?
    Cause I do not feel I can do this anymore.
    Has anyone ever been in dark night of the soul, where you are not able to do anything at all?

    • @KriyaYogaOnline
      @KriyaYogaOnline  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Turn your attention to finding employment and resources and then tell your crisis you will get back to it shortly. You may find once you no longer have to deal with those difficult people and have the success of being independent you might find you dont actually have a crisis.

    I like the fact that you are saying that the mind is the oppressor, when in fact I can see that you can sense the demons that are inserting thoughts into our minds. I like your discretion, but sometimes I wish that we actually see the causal spectrum from the role of other astral entities, not just our outdated minds.
    Nevertheless, the uninitiated public has to be carefully educated and you are doing just that. Love you, Ryan! Keep going!

    What's your take on - soul retrieval and inner child healing? From childhood trauma like physical abuse etc? Should we heal that first? To start any spiritual practices?

    • @KriyaYogaOnline
      @KriyaYogaOnline  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I prefer more direct therapies like EMDR. As I teach in the Kriya Yoga Apprenticeship, the better we start with emotional psychological health, the better our experience with Yoga. Yoga is about realization, not healing in the way its sold today.

    Hello thanks for your teaching I really admire you, my father just passed away 1 month ago and really want to my mom have peace in her heart...she is very sad and always talk about my dad... I know it will take time but can u plz guide me or share the link of a meditation ...further I can share with her so she can somehow feel calm in her heart... I live very far away so really concern abt her thanks 😊

    • @KriyaYogaOnline
      @KriyaYogaOnline  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You cannot take that pain away from her. It takes time. Often years. Often it never leaves. However, understanding and peace can come in time. This can't be meditated away. Yet, you can be there and share that grief, and honor it and validated it. Don't try to change it. Just help her by being there and letting her talk and cry as she needs. Honor the experience.

    Ryan, Do I need a teacher guiding me through Kriya beginner or can I just watch your videos? Do I need to prepare beforehand? I know in one of your videos you had mentioned having discipline before you started.Thx for your guidance on this.

    Thank you so much for your reply brother.
    But is it wrong to have wishes to find people of the same wavelength in spirituality or to find a partner who is similarly spiritual? And into same things.
    What's your take on this?
    What's Paramahansa Yogananda ji's say on this? I'm asking this as I felt you have idea on this.
    Should we transcend such desires? Or just fulfill spiritual friendships? When you feel alone.

      Namaste, association with pure sattvic people is definitely important, but time and circumstances has to be factored in,gradually take leave of those who aren't contributing to your spiritual life but harm no one in doing it🙏
