I love that one piece has these filller episode. It lets you enjoy happy moments unlike others where the entire movie is about struggle, fights then a small moment of victory

@@Scourge321if you want a serious answer, they have a crew mate named Usopp who pretends to be a super hero named Sogeking (Sniper King) for a time. Luffy and Chopper don’t realize it’s actually Usopp, so they get his autograph. It’s just a funny joke.
I know the emphasis of this was that it was Momonosuke’s first time seeing a ship like this (remember he was born on a ship. I forget if it was the Oro Jackson or the Moby Dick, but he’s at least seen the former), but this is probably Kin’emon’s first time being on a ship period without having to worry about an immediate objective. This is probably the closest he’s had to experiencing what a carefree life on the seas was like for Oden, Toki, Momonosuke, Izo, Nekomamushi, and Inuarashi.
