Here we are, three years later, and you saved my life 😮❤❤❤... The resources on my laptop were being compromised because i was on the web and whatnot... Plus i have an old laptop... Now I'm just gonna leave it alone and let it do it's thing.. Thank you!!!
Wow! Thank you so much! I'm often printing a lot of paper for notebooks, like printing dot grids and switched from wifi to cable connection to prevent these stops but they stayed. Now I know why. My computer is very old, too, btw, which absolutely adds to it! You saved my nerves!
Interestingly this only started happening to me after I changed print settings following your other video. When I changed setting from presentation paper back to plain paper that helped.
Hmmm.....you paid good money for a printer and shouldn't have to limit all your prints to plain paper. Something else is up with the communication. When you get into faces and detailed designs, you'll want to crispness of presentation settings.
I just bought a ecotank machine on today. I did a test print which came out great. Watched a youtube vid of suggesting settings, altered .. and boom this happened. I restored my setting to the original and it came out clear again. I agree that we shouldn't be limited but thats what just happened smh
I have so many cords like that I never toss them when I throw the printer out or the WiFi boxes or cable boxes I keep all the usb HDMI ETC .🤣I just found one last night and I put into the craft room just in case , and this is JIC MOMENT, but I use my phone to print so shall I just use my laptop? Also I know ur telling it acutely because on My Maker I was doing a intricate cut about 30-40min long cut and each time I left and came back into room the cut stopped , so I restart this messing up my cut also mind u so I flip sheet upside down cut again leave room same thing so I look at phone and each time the screen was black so I went n and changed sleep mode and sure enough my cut finished. One lesson learned And I’ve learned even more here today thanks
I have a similar problem, if am printing out a picture say the Mona Lisa… her whole forehead will be missing. So from each picture I print the whole about 1/4 of the picture is missing. Any thoughts?
I get partial prints like that but those 3 fixes didn't solve it. Even ran ethernet cable directly to my computer and printer. The printer gets to the point where it quits printing then repeatedly makes a noise like its switching gears (so much its annoying). Any ideas? Sometimes the printer works fine and other times I get stuck in this issue for days.
Does this also apply to other things in the house that are currently using WIFI? For example, if I'm streaming music on my phone or if someone else is working online?
Always thought printers would have some internal storage for buffering. It cant be that my Epson P600 Fine Art printer struggles with 2 sites of a word document
Hey. In my printer it prints but some of the lines don't print and after once it's hard to print again it shows error. Do you know how to make. Please help
Coming soon Kathy! I had to redo the video using a picture of myself because my original video used a photo of kids. It didn't occur to me that all comments would be turned off for their protection. So, it's coming...by 3/29
Could these be the reason some of my printer spits out a bunch of ink right at the beginning of some prints too? I’m sending my prints from Silhouette Design Studio, and that takes a good bit of time regardless of which computer I’m using or how I’m connected to whatever printer I’m using. I recently brought an older desktop computer home from work, and I’ve cleaned all of the unnecessary junk from it. I intend to use it exclusively for my sublimation printer when I get a chance to clear a spot for it in my studio, and I hope that will solve the issues I’ve been having with printing from my laptop.
That's usually a sign of excess ink near a print head. This can be caused by cleanings or filled maintenance ink pad/tank, or a clog was beginning but cleared itself.
@@QuickSPI I used all of your suggestions last time I printed, and the prints came out perfectly. I really think there is just too much stuff on the laptop I've been using. It's the one I use when I need to connect to my office remotely, and it's pretty old. Thank you for all of your help. I never would have thought about an overworked laptop causing printing issues.
I LOVE your videos you are so wasy to follow for us that have no knowledge at all you get 5++++++ stars from me I have wasted so much sub paper because it has stopped in the mioddle I get so agrevated
I just got a new epson et-2850 printer. Couple prints was good. But now the printing keeps pausing and restart than pause again. It runs on wifi. And printing sent from my laptop. Could be the problem because of activity during the print process?
TH-cam, this is one of those instances when a thumbs down button would've helped me save some time. I would have just skipped this video when I saw the dislikes - not helpful at all.
What i don't understand is why can't the printer just wait until it gets the resources to carry on? Why spit the page out half finished?

As soon as I connected my MacBook Pro to the power source while printing, it was seamless. Thank you for this informative advice.🙌🏻
Thank you so much. I should have looked this up last night when I was struggling. This makes so much sense now.
Glad it as helpful! Hope it's going well.

Hello, hope you see this. By following you I have 8.0 memory with only 1.1gb left. So I guess that means I need a larger laptop with bigger memory?

Im having this exact issue. Any advice?
Mine is doing the same thing
Wish I could find an answer.
Mine is doing the same!!!! Did anybody ever get an answer?!
I'm here with the same issue, any suggestions ?
same, no one seems to have a solution for this
How would this work with an iPad, mine doesn’t go into sleep mode when printing.
U made my day.. Thanks for valuable information 🤘🔥
My pleasure 😊

Yes, multiple activities could make wifi sluggish. But it's most often the connection between the printer and modem.
Yes I feel like I’m losing in like this so I tested it on a towel just so I wouldn’t lose the print 🙄
