A bombed out area would not just have one single area of desolation. There would be several random buildings along streets that would have been destroyed. In the post-war era these were often replaced with very typically mid-century buildings like brutalist offices, shops, and social housing..
With all the references or context given by the war, surely it would be time to build a memorial of sorts? It doesn’t have to be large, here in the uk most areas have a column with the names of those who died on it from that area and flowers/benches. Also with Remeberance Day soon, it could show your contribution to it?
Infrastructurit, I would assume that a city such as Theine would have much more construction taking place. It think there should be more construction sites in the city to emulate cities like London and Dubai. Keep it up!
You should build a massive metro system, like the London Underground. Have loads of stations in the city linking with each other, have loads of different lines. Have a line going to the suburbs. Metro lines add detail and realism to most cities and I personally think it'll add to the realism of Theine too. P.S Love what you do man, I think your' builds are amazing. Keep up the good work! :)
Theine definitely needs museums/heritage centers, such as a preserved railway line (that was disconnected due to the rail interchange being built at its junction in the 1950s), a preserved museum ship, or an art center.
I’m german and I haven’t lived during the nazi time and have no relatives who worked for them because they wanted . I still sometimes feel a bit guilty for what has happened in the past of my country and many others . I know for some people that is still a reason to call a German nazi , all though he isn’t one . I don’t know if anyone is ever taking this post seriously , but I sorta have the need to say what I’m saying . We are not just Germans, French , Dutch’s and so on , we are Europeans , we are humans . Theres so much more to German history/culture than that. Be proud of the good, and don't carry the bad with you. Its ur responsibility to understand what happened, not carry the guilt of ur nation. From an American. History is filled with all kinds of bad and good.

European towns are so much harder to build than American/international ones - because of the row houses and corners! The only way to build a realistic EU town is plop every building one by one and adjust them...sigh...BTW it took me hundreds of hours of gameplay to finally understanding what the author was doing - CSL played by a master is so different from that played by a newbie!

Got a small idea, if you ever launch the project again: The roundabout with pedestrian walkways has a boring old pole with light - how about converting it into a statue of Britain, a proud warrior, gifted from the Soviet Union for help during the war effort? Previously located on a different square, later moved due to development projects, eventually landing in it's spot.
I have to say that the rail system looks a little bit off in some places, in contrast to everything else which is absolutely perfect and looks very realistic. With the train tracks though, I feel there should be a little more tracks on ground level or on railway embankments since the railway of Theine (being in Britian) is probably very old and tracks were constructed mostly level to the ground to avoid climbs because the steam locomotives couldn't handle them.
hey what european building pack do you use? I've been using the defaut european block buidlings... and lets jsut say... they are not the best .. especially for corners

Since the last green cities patch i get the error: object reference not set to an instance of an object. On the internet i read that mods are causing this. How do you manage to not get errors? And how can i fix them? I have around the same amount of mods and assets i think.
tbh you make way to many circles I know that this new option is cool but I think you should make some more curves or other patterns in your parks to add some variety, because those circles everywhere are getting monotonous

but perhaps this city was not so bombed, so much of the old town was preserved. In addition, much reconstruction was carried out in order not to disturb the cityscape. An old city is much nicer than these huge new buildings

Real Source how is an infinite construction site realistic? thats why i hate building construction sites and havent downloaded a single crane asset.

You need to add some terraced housing. Absolute staple of english cities. Love your stuff!

Ok guys for everyone with the same error/problem as i had, its actually a really simple fix you have to delete the traffic++ mod
Why did the railway transition from elevated to underground and back to elevated? That didn't seem very realistic.
