Hi. I recently fitted a rack on my 2020 6 speed Brompton using this video, thanks 😁 The only issue I’ve had is getting the rear stop disc set up. I can’t get it anywhere near the 2mm adjustment recommended. I have it set up so the bike doesn’t unfold but there is plenty of movement when the bike is lifted? Hope you can advise as this is the only problem I encountered and it has spoiled the job for me 😕🤦🏻♂️
If you speak to our customer service team they'll be able to look into this for you. Do let us know if you need any further help. Thanks bit.ly/BromptonCustomerService
Good video. I had to order another stop disc recently as the original has undone itself probably from road vibration.

Thank you. it was very helpful !!!
What wear causes the seatpost to move and hit the lower stop disc to prevent the seatpost from going fully down to lock the folded stage?
Careful when securing the rear break nut that the break doesn't move with it
Very helpful, thanks for the tip!
Now we need a 19mm spanner? I've always thought you could do pretty much everything with a 10 and 15mm spanner
I think you cand hold the stop disc with one hand and tighten the 15 mm nut with the other.
NICE good
Thank you but for the love of God is it necessary to have that really annoying music!
Too many spanners unified spanner this is a commuter bike
Just use your hand to hold the stop disc in place and only use the 15 mm spanner to tighten the nut. You make things unnecesarly complicated !
