He's seen the popular ones and already knew the meme. And even the ones he didn't see are pretty self explanatory. Like what else is he supposed to say after the 6th time? All he can really do is keep repeating his chuckle to be polite
He's probably just burned out and tired. He's openly said he gravitates between periods of extreme motivation and depression. He also might just be tired of Stardew and wants to put it behind him.

A lot of people are saying Concerned Ape is being awkward, not having fun, etc., but I mean, some people aren't very high energy.
His reactions were very close to my own whenever someone shows me something I like. I'm a bit on the stoic side, so most you're gonna get from me is a chuckle. I still enjoy it and love it, even if it doesn't seem like I do.
To me, it seemed like he genuinely enjoyed most of them.
I can't quite decide if I like Grandpa the Joja addict or Evelyn playing ping-pong over Grandpa better.

Okay... but I live next door to a 73 year old lady. My mom is friends with an 84 year old lady. They could definitely play ping pong. People as active as Evelyn are pretty spry. XD
I always got the sense that she was written to be rather frail. I always imagine her to be a bit shaky-- based off concernedape's reaction I'm guessing I got the impression he intended, but it is true that not all older people are frail like that.

For the sake of my sanity I'm assuming Robin and Lewis have fixed the place up for you before you move in, hence why the house is livable even when the rest of the farm is an overgrown mess. And that of course includes the ceremonial destruction of grandpa's effed up bed

I'm so thankful for a creator like ConcernedApe. Can you imagine putting in years of your life to a game, go through the emotions of everyone falling in love with it, and then people meme-ing it? I'd be super happy that people were enjoying it, but also I feel like part of me would be crushed. Like, I put hours into this one scene alone and you're overwriting it for a quick laugh.
But here he is trying his best to not only enjoy it, but to try and promote changes like that because one of the true joys in creating is making something people love so much they get inspired to go create themselves. We don't deserve ConcernedApe. He's too good for us

As someone who makes a lot of art, putting time and effort into my characters and writing stories.. I meme on my own stuff all the time. There are many emotions one can have and even at emotional moments humans try to find a laugh. 🎉
