If you really like their R&B covers try Home Free's cover of Thinking Out Loud/Let's Get It On by Ed Sheeran and Marvin Gaye. It's a mashup but done so well. It's definitely impressive

Why is it that I’ve literally never met them in my life, yet I smile like a proud mama when I see people react to them in amazement and end up loving them at the end of the reaction?
Welcome to the rabbit hole, my friend! Home Free is the only country acapella group out there. They won the Sing Off the year after Pentatonix. Austin Brown is the high tenor, guy in the middle. Rob Lundquist is the lead tenor, front row left, with glasses and overalls. Bass is Tim Foust, he has a 5-octave range, and has blown speakers in live performances. Beatboxer is Adam Rupp, a founding member, and a freak of nature. And Adam Chance (just goes by Chance to avoid confusion with the beatboxer, is baritone/bass, and is smooth as butter! You have SO MUCH to explore! Check out "Ring of Fire," that has guest Avi Kaplan, formerly the bass for Pentatonix, "End of the Road," a Boys II Men cover that rivals the original. And for a laugh, you gotta watch "Butts Remix." The Home Free fans (like me) are called Home Fries, and based on your reaction, welcome to the Home Fries!
@@ThatSingerReactions Another great a cappella group that came out of season 4 with Home Free (Pentatonix was on season 3) was Voice Play. Check out Oogie Boogie's Song by Voice Play. These a cappella groups ain't playin'!!!
LoRyder - The lead tenor in Home Free is AUSTIN BROWN not Rob Lindquist, when Chris Rupp left the group Austin Brown and Tim Foust appear to have moved into leadership positions within the group.
@ThatSingerReactions I truly believe that that if you want to experience the full depths of their ranges you should listen to their versions of How Great Thou Art and Do You Hear What I Hear. Completely mind blowing
This band definitely deserves a deep dive..... they have many many unbelievable covers, and originals as well. Not to mention, you will definitely notice a huge up tick in views after getting a handful of home free videos on your channel. Home free fans (Home Fries) are loyal and love to watch new reactors discover Home Free.....Have fun
Buckle up if you’re going to go on a “Home Free” ride, because they sing all genres of music flawlessly!!!! Check out their Boys to Men - “End of the road” cover……. Or “Mayday”
Yep. Don't want to rush the newbies into Mayday, or they won't fully appreciate it. They need to hear at least five videos before they're ready for Mayday.
Before Mayday, get a few more songs under the belt, such as Sold, Folsum Prison Blues, Sea Shanty Medley, Hillbilly Bone, Quarantine, Travelling Soldier (tearjerker), One Voice (another heart-tugger). They have some excellent renditions with original artists, such as Elvira with the Oak Ridge Boys, American Pie with Don McLean. After this list, you may be ready for Mayday.
Hot damn and hell yes, you’re doing Home Free? My day has been MADE! Edit: the beat boxer is Adam Rupp, and I’m pretty sure he’s not human. But he’s world class, literally. Mr Bass is Tim Foust, and he can get deeper than this. Way deeper. It’s mind blowing.
Home Free made a name for themselves when they won The Sing Off on NBC. The judges were Ben Folds, Jewel, and Shawn Stockman from Boyz II Men. (Home Free actually has a cover of End Of The Road on their TH-cam channel.) They're known mostly for country, but they are much more than that. They were actually encouraged to audition for The Sing Off as a country group after a failed attempt to make the show as a more mainstream group. The only member change that has happened since The Sing Off is when Adam Chance replaced Chris Rupp. Chris is the brother of Adam Rupp who does the beat boxing, and he was one of the founding members of the group. He left to pursue a solo career, among other things.
Oh my God I crack up every time I see someone react to this video. Jaw drops, eyes open real wide. I imagine I was the same the very first time I heard Home Free. Your expressions my friend were priceless, making this a JOY to watch!! They hit you from so many angles and then here comes Adam with beat boxing, magic harmonicas, etc. Crazy good.
Finally!!! 💗💗💗 Now you have to do their: End of the Road Ring of Fire feat Avi Kaplan (prev Pentatonix) May Day The Butts Remix To start with 😁 "Dude with deep voice" - Tim Foust "Dude with overalls" - Rob Lundquist "Dude doing the Harmonica" - Adam Rupp, champion beatboxer Then there is Adam Chance in the back also doing the mouth harp sounds at start and end, and at the front, leading on this song is Austin Brown
LOVE the reaction! You've been introduced to the group. Chris (already left when this video was shot) and Adam began the group in Mankato Minnesota. They added Rob who is from Minneapolis. In a national search they found Tim who hails from Texas. In the groups early years they were mainly a traveling a cappella group that played a lot of festivals and fairs. They would be booked as headliners on cruise ships and met Austin, who hails from Georgia, on one such gig. Austin was a singer for the cruise ship. He joined the group a few years later. The year after Pentatonix won the sing off Home Free tried (again) to get on the show and decided to style themselves country a cappella and won a spot. They swept the 4th season and won. With the new Sonny contract they began to get more name recognition and even began to compete internationally. When Chris decided to pursue his solo career they picked Chance to replace him. Chance hails from Alabama. Currently Adam and Rob live in Minnesota. Austin and Tim live in Nashville, where the group is based out of now (they were based out of Mankato and then Minneapolis first). Chance lives in LA and during quarantine they all remained in their respective homes and, essentially, phoned in performances for videos. They have some very unique and creative quarantine videos that sound and look amazing (Meet In the Middle for example). Welcome to the Home Fries! Enjoy your stay with us!
You realize that Avi was asked to appear with them once .....check out their "Ring of Fire " with special guest Avi. The freedom they have with TWO exceptional Bass's ( that also have solo "normal range" PARTS) is truly breathtaking.
You got me!! That was the most fun I’ve had in a minute!! When you realized there was no harmonica….just like MY reaction the first time!! And by the way, you can SANG!! Looking forward to more! Peace
Literally blows ones mind!!! The sound affects and the deep, deep voice is killer!!! This is the best song I've heard in many, many years!! My God this blows me away!!!
♥️♥️♥️ just subscribed. Loved your reaction. If you go down the Home Free rabbit hole, you will be blown away. And the Home Fries will flock to your channel. They have over 120 videos for you to listen to and enjoy their awesomeness. Enjoy and I'll be along for the journey, my friend.
Great reaction! Home Free is an all accpelica group. All the instruments are there voices. Adam Rupp is the beat boxer. Tim Foust is the bass Adam Chance is the Baratone. Rob is the guy in glasses and Austin is the high soprano. Tim has blown sound systems on stage. Home Free has so much music out to watch. Tim Foust did a compilation with Peter Hollens. Misty Mountains. It's great! Also fans of Home Free are called home frys. Oh check out there cover of End of the Road by Boys to Men! THEY KILLED THAT SONG!

@@ThatSingerReactions trust us, it's really good...Home Free Boyz2Men "end of the Road". and the lead singer will be the guy with the beard & glasses...after seeing that you'll be a Home Fry (it's what we fans of Home Free call ourselves)
Yeah, amazing! Just heard this song 3 days ago, and I'm obsessed with how these guys make this amazing sound with just 5 voices. And I'm not a kid, I'm an old hippie! Blown away!
If you would like to see Tim Sing, the bass singer, he did a song with Peter Hollens ft, Tim Foust, Misty Mountain. Its from the Hobit. Everything you hear is from the two of them.
Love Home Free. They won the Sing Off in 2013 the year after Pentatonix won. Their harmonies are sooo good. They sing a lot of covers but also write and sing their own stuff. The bass, Tim, has a 5 octave range and can go super low but also sing tenor. The beatboxer is amazing. He can do drums, harmonica, bugs, all kinds of noises. Rob, the man with the glasses and big beard is a tenor and is tremendous. Austin took the lead here and is the high tenor and Chance (pictured at the end of the video) did the mouth harp. You should listen to their version of End of the Road. Also Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art. Great reaction! They also don’t mind being goofy too and do a lot of funny videos.
Home Free is pretty much a drug, a very addictive drug! They have yet to release a song I personally didn't like. That being said, their cover of Boys 2 Men End of The Road is Amazing! One suggestion though, get to know who the guys are, and what their "normal roles" are in the group before you watch Mayday, you won't regret it.
This was absolutely one of my favorite first-time Home Free reactions!! Your expressions were priceless. 😁 Somebody else who commented below was kind enough to give you a primer of the individual members of the group, so I won't repeat all that....but I do like to brag that they started in my state of Minnesota. 🙂 EVERYTHING they do is top-tier, but I recommend moving forward with "How Great Thou Art" (vocal perfection and stunning scenery), "All About That Bass" and "I Swear" ( both show off their hilarious side), and possibly my favorite Home Free song, "Do You Hear What I Hear?" Also, since you were so freaked out (and rightfully so) by Adam's insane percussion skills and Tim's subterranean bass voice, check out Adam's in concert drum solo video (his last name is Rupp), and Tim (last name Foust) joining Peter Hollens on the song "Misty Mountain"....just make sure to have some heart medication handy. 😉 You have entered the world of the Home Fries, brother! Have fun!
Great reaction! Welcome to your Home Free journey! They are phenomenal!!! Pick any song from their catalog and you will not be disappointed! You should check out their cover of Boys2Mens " End of the Road ". Or their cover of the OJays " Love Train". Thank you for your reaction!
These guys are totally acapella and they ALL help Adam Rupp the beatboxer from heaven. They are all amazing singers (including Rupp) and all help fill in the background, but the main beatboxer is definitely Rupp. He does amazing minutes long "drum solos" in their concerts. It will blow your mind the sounds that man can make.

Adam Rupp is a world class beat boxer plus !!!! The other four trade off on lead and all could be successful solo artists. I look forward to seeing you get acquainted with them.

For some reason TH-cam put this up as a suggestion and I remembered it was a couple of years ago when you were previously unaware of Home Free and I decided to watch you again standing on the edge of the Rabbit Hole for the first time and a genuine reaction of these great singers. I over the last couple of years watched all your Home Free reactions and remember you getting to meat your man Tim. It was a great journey to follow and seeing the start again was a pleasure...
Thank you for introducing me to Home Free! Been listening to everything! You deserve some props from them as I've subscribed to them too. I really enjoy your analysis. You've brightened a very dull few days in the UK!!
Welcome to Home Free!! Awesome talent and amazing harmonies!! Please react to more Home Free!! You have 120+ videos to choose from!!💗Love your reaction!!
Enjoyed the reaction, man. Everything they do is great, but please wait on Mayday until you’ve done a dozen or so songs so you really get to know their voices. It has some twists you may not appreciate if you do it too soon. They do both covers and original music. (Edited to correct a typo)
Great reaction. Love in when others react just as I did.. with amazement. Oh yes wait a bit for Mayday until you are more familiar with the guys. Do you hear what I hear & Ring of Fire and Fishin' in the Dark/ Boondocks are great. Also Cover me up, Love me Like That, End of the Road, Helplessly Hoping and heaps of others. Love seeing your mind blown. "There's so much going on"....in just an acoustic song. Yep. All that musicality is right up your alley. Great reaction.
You like this song? Then you will LOVE their other song "Ring of Fire" and "Misty Mountains". They have millions of views and are simply freaking amazing!! Thank you for the reaction, cheers.
Home Free is amazing. They do all genres of music, and are great at everyone. Great reaction.
You think this is good? Check out their version of Boys II Men’s “End of the Road.” Also if you want to hear the bass really show his lows…”Ring of Fire.”
Love you Friend, thanks for being so moved by life. Keep being who you are. To see such talent in one group is a rarity.
I've been sitting here, scrolling through your channel watching your Home Free reactions, having a good time. I finally found your first (this) one. Thanks for going down the rabbit hole that is Home Free. You are now a Fry for life.
LOVE YOUR REACTION, GREAT SEEING PEOPLE ENJOYING HOME FREE
Adam Rupp is a world class beat boxer plus !!!! The other four trade off on lead and all could be successful solo artists. I look forward to seeing you get acquainted with them.
Yes Adam is doing a harmonica for real. He's amazing. He's won a couple competitions for it.
it was a pleasure watching you react to and appreciate this song. Stay well.
Welcome to the rabbit hole that is Home Free loved the reaction love too see which one you want to do next. If you are looking for more soul you need to check out the cover of End Of The Road boys 2 men. AMAZING
i periodically come back to this reaction. You feel toward music the way I do and it makes me happy to watch you love this music!!
Butts Remix, Dive Bar Saints, Champagne Taste, and many more!
The best reaction ever. Love it. Welcome to the rabbit hole that’s Home Free. Hello from the east side of Cincinnati.
Thank you for introducing me to Home Free! Been listening to everything! You deserve some props from them as I've subscribed to them too. I really enjoy your analysis. You've brightened a very dull few days in the UK!!
Their cover of boys 2 men “end of the road” is spectacular🌹
Home Free cover of End of the Road, incredible
Welcome to Home Free!! Awesome talent and amazing harmonies!! Please react to more Home Free!! You have 120+ videos to choose from!!💗Love your reaction!!
Enjoyed the reaction, man. Everything they do is great, but please wait on Mayday until you’ve done a dozen or so songs so you really get to know their voices. It has some twists you may not appreciate if you do it too soon. They do both covers and original music. (Edited to correct a typo)
I second that you need to wait to watch Mayday until you’ve seen four or five of their other videos. It’s well worth the wait!
Hell I haven't heard a song yet that I don't like. You have so much entertainment ahead. Enjoy.
True words. “Mayday” is great to hear. But if you hear it after you start to know their voices, it will blow. Your. Mind.
I had a blast on your review of this video; THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Home Fry here-subbed to hear more of your reactions to my favorite group of guys. You can’t go wrong with anything they do!
Also, check out Austin’s own TH-cam channel. He has some amazing work on there-including Unchained Melody and At Last!

I'm from the Rupps' (two of the founding members) hometown, it's been so much fun watching Home Free grow into such a professional a capella group! They're just as good live!
That is so sweet. Did you meet them?
@@mariangelesbergallo8936 I sing with their mom at church 😊. Cindy leads our worship band, and is a music director for our local community theater troupes. She's a great musician (and a really funny character!) You can see why all three of her kids a professional musicians.
