- This could be you - opening the box of your brand-new Futaba 14SG, the only 14-channel radio system with revolutionary 2.4GHz FASSTest technology. You'll notice the transmitter's pilot-friendly design: the large, backlit LCD screen; comfortable rubber hand grips; wide switch spacing; and adjustable, dual ball bearing gimbals.
Also in the box is an 8+ channel R7008SB FASSTest high-voltage receiver. Because the 14SG is compatible with FASST and S-FHSS protocols, you can also use virtually all Futaba 2.4GHz air receivers.
In addition, the package includes a 6V, 1800mAh NiMH transmitter battery pack plus an audio earphone jack for telemetry alarms - because the 14SG can also transmit and receive telemetry data. Equip your model with Futaba telemetry sensors (sold separately) to monitor flight data, receive alerts while in flight and more!

That's a great looking radio.
Thanks for the quick unboxing video.
Thumbs Up ~ Eric
Absolutely love my 14sg.
I want this radio. Currently using an 8FG since 2010.
if you had have watched it through, you would have learned that it was the tranmitter battery that he pulled out first
I just bought the 8FG Super and I like to know if there is instructional video on how prepare , set ups and use the radio. The manual is not as user friendly. My first and only radio I have used is the T6EX. So you can understand the level of upgrade between the radios. Please, I need help. Thank you.
Damn it, i bought my FUTABA 8FG SUPER 14/14/0 too fast >.
Hello what is the difference between sbus and sbus2
How can I get more info about this?
If you have a 8 channel receiver, how do you get 14 different servos on 14 different channels.
I would like to know if the Turnigy nano-tech 2100mAh 2S1P 20C LiFePo4 battery can be used in the Futaba 14SG? The reason I ask is the Futaba 14SG is set up for a 6V battery and the Turnigy nano-tech battery is 6.6V. Is there a battery setting on the Futaba 14SG that would allow the use of this battery?
+HK_GmbH Hello, Did you know whether a 2S LiFePo4 or LIPO battery can be used ? Thanks
hey guys i have seen one of these for sale but it says that it is mode 2!?!?! what does that mean!?!? should i still buy it!?!?
Mode 2 is what a vast majority of the U.S. flies. A Mode II RC transmitter controls the aileron (roll) and elevator (pitch) with the right hand, while the rudder (yaw) and throttle are controlled by the pilot’s left hand. Mode I moves the throttle function to the right stick and the elevator control to the left stick. So yes if you are in the U.S. then you should buy it.
listen to what he says as he pulls it out
I see that hobbico does a fantastic job at responding to peoples questions here, Well, not really!
