How would you avoid being blown up for backing into the player or blocking if you are purposely planting your foot on their inside to shield the exit of the movement?
If you make this movement you have to stand very strong when you make the turn. However, if you're not that strong enough try to make the turn into a bigger movement. That way you will keep out of the reach of your opponent. Good luck!
The technique depends on the opponent reaching for the ball, and as with a feint in stick-work, using that committed movement in the wrong direction to move away in the opposite direction and elude him or her. If the opponent does not commit then it is just as easy to continue on the initial path to take the ball beyond them, especially on the forehand. This is important, because if they do not immediately commit to moving after the ball the spin is likely to become an illegal obstruction to their subsequent movements as they try to play at the ball - and/or cause a collision of bodies. What is done must depend on the initial reaction of the opponent and so an alternative action has to be considered in training. Cones are okay to develop footwork, but are of no help in correct decision making based on opponent reaction - because they do not react.
@@HockeyheroesTV Of course, but the possible consequences of trying out in a match situation a skill that is not properly and fully developed have to be explained and understood. Not least to avoid injury.
you need to do a 1v1 video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bij mij rolt de bal er heel vaak uit, zelfde wat Paul bij 1.20 minuut doet. Tips?

Agreed! That is step two! But first we develop the skill itself

Charlotte get better❤️😍
laren!!!!!!!
+Max Out of you yes yes!!
🙆🏾♂️ you also do indoor hockey
Ik ben ook keeper ik moet hoezen om mijn leggurts waarom heb jij dat niet
+Thije Pop ik was ze kwijt! :) Maar had ze normaal wel altijd, ik raad ze dus wel aan! Dennis
Jullie moeten echt bovelander kampen gaan doen!!!!!!!
Oeh wij gaan eigenlijk altijd naar sport ways kampen!
They were half push ups. Love your work though
I still can't do this to fast...
Keep practicing!💪🏼🏑
Der erste spin geht besser mit einer Hand
Good tip! Thanks!
ben DODO But realistically you'll never do it one handed during a match. It's very weak and it takes very long to get it inside the hook one handed.
you need to do a 1v1 video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good idea!
Not fall the hockey it is very bad
