Testing New CV Changes

should of just given CVs a number of limited spotter planes, so much easier than this shit fire

So after watching this video I come to the following conclusions:
1. It does not fix the spotting issue as the recon button timer is way too lenient. By the time you have taken off and arrived at the enemy you will have recharged your recon.
2. It gives the impression that AA is even less effective than it is now, as you can basically start your attack run from immunity, bypassing a lot of the AA along the way.
3. I don't really get what WG is trying to attempt here, the changes feel like they're trying to apply bandages to a nicked artery.

@@quintiax I expect to have at least one more round of testing in PTS. I think the spotting timer built up to about 45 seconds from take-off until reaching the enemy area. Once I dropped down to spotting altitude, I seemed to use that time up quickly, and it took a while to replace it. It's kind of like the limits subs have (had?) in underwater duration. I will make more videos when we get more testing time.
