Watercolour Plein Air - Contrejour - No Clarabelle?

Hi everyone, in this week's En Plein air adventure, I tried to get out early and was rained off, but stiff upper lip and all that I went back out in my old Berlingo camper for a session as the sun went down.
Well, I found myself at Tame Lane on the Romney Marshes, intense light contrejour.
Trying out my refurbed lightweight easel, and it worked well I feel.
Clarabelle has been away having her bodywork upgraded, rust taken away, and partially resprayed. I am looking forward to her return, looking swish and ready to rock n roll.

Wonderful work, Paul. I love how you handle the blue to yellow gradient in your sky. I made a lovely green the last time I tried it, so it's heartening to see you do it so effortlessly!

I wished I had watched this sooner as my current painting has a yellow colour in the sky and because I wasn't to sure how to correctly add the yellow I just painted a blue sky can't wait to watch the next one
