Same! Was a Great Festival - Mars Volta Interpol and electric six, elbow and polyphonic spree all great sets - biffy clyro super early on the main stage - good times!
My old band played Mexico86 supported you guys at (I think) Portsmouth? Somewhere on the south coast anyway. It was a cracking night and you guys were phenomenal. This was my favourite track x
saw them at Yarborough, a place i just made up, sounds real so i"m going with it. yeah i was in like the 10th row it was just a wall of sound crushing me, this tune i remember best it made my girl cry she was from the states, so am I for that matter. they burned yarborough down to the ground after that terrible carnie accident when the ferris wheel came off its forks and collided with the midget tent and all caught fire , from that fire the band screaming midgets was born later to be renamed the flaming midgets they toured briefly with the thousand homos tour to raise awareness for homosexual, midget, asians just before the great 3rd war broke out
This song is complete and utter drivel. The piano and the vocal parts are a joke, and the video is a straight rip-off of Radiohead's Kid A blips. Bear in mind this was their debut single, and at over 7 minutes, it's pretty clear they had no idea what they were doing.
Totally disagree. Sam doesn't have the best voice, but it doesn't matter because both what he sings and how he sings it, fits the music perfectly, and produces something beautiful and greater than it's individual parts. Such a collosal sound. I'm sorry you can't enjoy it.
I miss this band every day.
Check out The Northwestern and Racetrack Gospel who have also split up!
And Troubles. Love 4th national account.
Alright sam atleast ye got yer cafe
And……. They’re back
They're back.
They should have been HUGE!!
They've made a bigger impact on my life more than most mainstream music. Especially now at 44 😢
saw this great band supporting the polyphonic spree in Birmingham they really stood out they should have made it !
Such a great song. This is the song I'm going to listen to when the world finally explodes and humanity is destroyed.
Its been a while ,but always liked this track. This is a rather relevant song for today ,don't you think ?.
this is the only song in the world that is capable of moving me to tears
This might do the trick too. Her voice is astounding.

Haven't heard this in 15 odd years. Good song. I read the lead singer now runs the Pidgin restaurant in Hackney- think I'll give it a try.
How was the restaurant ? I’ve heard good things !
SilentViolent hopefully better than his song writing

Simply magnificent. Remember seeing these in the Carling Tent at Leeds in '03 or '04 (I think) and they were fantastic!
So jealous. Never got the chance to seem. Glad you enjoyed it though. I love watching the footage from Glastonbury and imagining.

audio doesn't seem to be as good as I remember, maybe it was different on the cd.
It was better, there's some strange problem with the audio on this.
Good song, don't be mad at vikingfortiesfaeroes, he just has no clue.

Godspeed rip off. Still to this day.
Undoubtedly, but it's an interesting concept for a band to launch off of: what if GY!BE were an Indie Rock band with singing?
