That was bad. Wasn’t even fermented right. Color and texture off. Fail!

This was cooked as an instant street food! So, the quality was not that great, however, the taste was nice!

I agree with you that Chef should wear gloves at least. However, believe me, we didn't have any stomach upset after eating those dosa. How dare the microbes can survive in very high temperature of the oven! If you eat freshly cooked street food with a germ-free hand, there shouldn't be any health problem. I always live street food!
