My cousin worked at a facility in LA back then (circa 1987/88) that made high quality 1-to-1 cassette dubs of new album masters and he sent me this one. The record companies etc. would use these for promotion - to send out review copies and such. My copy has no album title (It just says "Stabilizers") so thank you for that! Also, my copy has a song that I think was on a film soundtrack "Maybe This Time". I love this album and have always been disappointed that it was never released.
Here's the track listing on my cassette: 1. Does It Make You Feel Any Better? 2. My Love Will Bury You 3. Third World Within 4. Give Me Time 5. Glass House 6. Breaking Through 7. Maybe This Time 8. Down To One 9. Into The Dream 10. Turn To Gray
@@TheAudPro Mark, I would love to hear those tracks in full, any possible chance of uploading those? I’ve been a long time fan of The Stabilizers and this album is one I’ve wanted to hear in forever. Thx!
@@TheAudPro Totally understood. I do hope one day the album is readily available, I’m surprised it hasn’t yet but it was a good sign when Tyranny showed up on Spotify.
I loved this band. Although there is a quite a bit of demand online to hear it, please don't share the album and I'd recommending taking this down. CBS really missed out on this band. Every song they put out was great. Rich is very talented and so underestimated. I had the pleasure to connect with Dave not long before he passed away. What a neat guy. Despite what he was going through, he was a positive and nice person. He hadn't ruled out something from the band but life had other plans. RIP Dave.
This is blatantly generic. Could you imagine if you were a record executive and this was handed to you and you shelled out a hundred grand for this?. We're done!
Simply wow!! This album definitely needs to be finally released!! These songs deserve to be heard in full!!!
Wow this sounds amazing- I’m a big Stabilizers fan and hope it gets released as it rightfully deserves!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I understand and I would if I could but I don’t want to be sued by Sony Music or MCA Records. That’s why there are only snippets here.

I had a dream that this became available to listen to in full, I hope 2024 is the year it comes true. I am dying to hear “Glass House”
We need this album to be released! Hopefully 2025 it’ll happen.
Amazing! Is this finally happening? I’d love to hear this album also, please give us more! Miss these guys so much, RIP Dave, you were the best!
I would die to hear Glass House in full...... but we can only hope
Great stuff Rothgarr. Crossing fingers they release this on cd one day.
Very cool! Would love to hear the entire album, is there any plan to post/release it here or on Bandcamp?
