Try custom rom + custom kernels , atleast you will get 40-45 fps. And use Screen recorder no ads, that won't give you lag. I suggest you to use custom rom. Cause I already used custom rom + kernel in my redmi note 5 and got 40fps . Try AOSP extended 7.2 , bgmi won't lag that much
